Traditionally dawrves are the only race who can bend two elements by default – fire and earth. An affinity which makes them the perfect choice to become smiths. Hence the reason that most of the master smiths are either dwarfs or have dwarven blood in their heritage.

Hiltja herself is one of the only three living beings who have mastered the art of forging weapons powerful enough to be handled by the gods without their sheer power destroying them at the first contact. She is highly regarded and runs her own blacksmith’s shop that doubles as an academy for the most promising young talents.

She and her current apprentice Wieland travel over Silmä for him to gain experience.
