Bought on DoA MP from AiDakeGa; made in 2013 according to MP post

Reason for choice:

I thought she was really cute when I saw her for sale, and the uniqueness of her color made me decide that I couldn't miss this one out. Luckily, I was able to pay via layaway!

Best Points:

Cute face, unique color, decent posing

Worst Points:

Hard to find pants that fit, plus it will be impossible to find replacement parts in her color if ever needed!

Name story:

The sculpt name is Scarecrow Hal, and I thought Hal really suited her sculpt. I wanted to make it more unique and suited to her character so I named her Halogen. She's still called Hal for short. In the cOREverse, Halogen is a nickname she chose because she didn't like her birth name. A previous name she used was Haley Jay, but she now mainly goes by Halogen- or even just Hal, but only if you are close to her.

Character age:

18-late 20s/VERY early 30s, but can be aged up or down depending on setting/plot in roleplay. Her story mainly covers her college/adult years and beyond, though her childhood may be mentioned. I tend to RP her as a young adult mostly, but again, it depends when in her storyline.

Character gender:

Trans(?) female, uses she/her pronouns but is still figuring these things out.

Halogen is a character in my cOREverse story tentatively titled "Laikapathy".

Incredibly simplified summary below, including spoilers of some major plot points so be warned!!

-[Pre-college years have not been plotted out for this character yet as the story mainly revolves around Laika, though I wish to include Halogen more elaborately in the story as I work on it]

-She meets Laika at MoonUn.IT, aka the Lunar University Institute of Technology, and they develop a relationship and a close friendship as well, though at times things are rocky and possibly some codependency is involved.

-After graduation Laika disappears and those who knew her assume she has gone off to do secret work for the government, because it seemed like the sort of thing she would end up doing. Halogen just lets her go, due to self doubt and certain other circumstances, but regrets this later.

-Ultimately Laika is tested by a supernatural entity, and due to various reasons, is absorbed into that entity.

-Halogen eventually attempts to find her after realizing that something is very wrong...

I've written a lot more detailed stuff than this but this is all you get until I actually write out the full story or I know you well enough to discuss it in detail.
The story itself is very long and complex and divided into various stages. What I wrote here barely scratches the surface, and I may take it down later since there are some pretty major spoilers when it comes down to it.
