Reason for choice:

The sly smile of Claude was perfect for this character and I love Iple's skintones. Plus, DollsTown's sculpting is absolutely beautiful.

Best Points:

Resin quality is amazing. Very hefty and easy to dress/style.

Worst Points:

Body takes a bit of work to pose and sits a bit off-balance. Need to modify and/or suede the hip joints eventually.

Hail's nickname came from the fact that hailstorms often come on quickly and do a lot of damage before suddenly disappearing. His true name is unknown.

Hail started as a small thorn in the side of Omega, a small-time gang leader who trusted no one, only allowing 2 others onto his team due to their usefulness. His targets usually included influential government officials or business executives. Considering some of his targets were partnered with Omega, he entered their radar and often clashed with Prodigy and her team. After almost being captured by Omega, he left Veta City, returning two years later under-the-radar to gather gang allies to start a full city war with the goal to “free the people” from authoritarian control. Hail is a power-hungry man who enjoys violence and feels little to no remorse or pain.
