Reason for choice:

Its kind of a long story, but I was given a pair of lovely black SD scale feather Volks wings years ago from the mother of a family friend who collected BJDs, but sadly passed away nearly ten years ago. When her mother learned years later that I now collected BJDs too, she wanted to give me a few of her daughter's doll items she still held onto knowing that I could make use of them. Sadly I didn't have a doll of my own that suited them at the time so they went largely unused for a few years, but I'd always wanted to design a doll around them. When I saw Ria and her lovely harpy legs I knew instantly she was exactly the doll I was looking for! I enhanced the wings a bit to make her even more unique and special and now finally I can properly give thanks for the lovely gift and to honor the memory of the family friend who passed away as she loved BJDs <3

Best Points:

I honestly love everything about her! I absolutely adore Fairyline bodies and Ria is a sculpt i've loved in Minifee form for years and think she looks even better in F60 form! She has the cutest nose and mouth, and her eyes are so sultry! Also her harpy legs are designed amazingly well and she stands like a rock with them!

Worst Points:

...I can't even think of anything!

I typically imagine her to dress very cute and overtly sexy with a style that is somewhere between trendy, preppy and bohemian...so like some Instagram model/Coachella nonsense haha~ Super short skirts, crop tops, harnesses, crochet or fringed clothes etc. At least, that is the type of style she wears when she has the freedom to dress however she pleases.

Name story:

"Egret" is just a nickname, as all of my SD scale dolls have a real name and an animal nickname that canonically signifies they are a member of a group friends/allies known as "Inheritance". Her real name is Chantal.
She is given the nickname "Egret" because of her literal bird attributes, but also because she is fierce, graceful and angelic.
