He was a great solider, before he fell in war, but due to his good abilities, with some help of 'em badass illegal science experiments, a secret agency managed to get him back to life - as a cyborg. He works as a hitman for the government. Half his brain is a machine, which often makes him seem like an apathetic, cynical asshole.
A very dominant personality, gets what he wants, conscience isn't written in big letters in his life. His cold character aside, he is very passionate about what he cares for or finds interest in.
