Doloriel is an half angel. Half angels are very rare, more than half demons. They fascinate humans, but also make unconfortable.
Doloriel is a member of clergy and a monster hunter. He's taciturn, doesn't enjoy money or sex very much.
When he was younger, he was the confessor of Gabriella's family. He was a soft spot for her until the she attracted the attention of Tiécelin, who turned her into a vampire. He tried to prevent her transformation unto an undead, but he failed.
He developed a hatred for Tiécelin and every vampires, and swore his destruction.

After Gabriella's transformation, their paths crossed from time to time. Each time, Doloriel was unable to put an end to her unlife.

He is Ivan's ex-boyfriend.
Walentyn is deeply in love with him, but he never noticed it.
