I make a Declan character in every videogame I play that has a character creation. Every Declan I make is supposed to embody a different personality trait that I think I should strive for, so I thought I'd use it for this character too,

Declan is the leader of the Sanctuary Movement in my Fallout storyline. He grew up in a Vault, which was basically a control group of sorts. Everything there was largely fine for a very long time until the Vault's mechanized systems started to fail. Then one day everything failed, and the Vault burned from the inside out. Declan tried to help the other Vault dwellers escape, but not everyone made it.
He still feels guilty that he couldn't save everyone, and with something of a hero complex, he works very hard to try to save more people now.
Declan is brothers-in-arms with Aaron, Asher, and Jericho, and is madly in love with Morrisey.
