Reason for choice:

I tend to watch the DoA MP for old DollZone dolls. I saw this head sitting at around $50 for a while and thought it would be cute for mod practice in case I wanted to make a Dabi someday (I was inspired by someone's amazing 1/3 scale modded Dabi). I figured he *kinda* looked like Dabi enough to practice mods for. Then he came home and insisted he absolutely is Dabi, oops!
The body was the cheap option because I wanted to not ruin it with mods, it being something that actually works for the character (if a little slim/bobble-headed) was a nice bonus.

Best Points:

His personality. He poses reasonably well, and I like working with his jointed hands, also from Resinsoul. But ABSOLUTELY his attitude. He is grouchy Dabi and he is my baby.

Worst Points:

Resin mismatch, though that is hopefully fixable when I do his scars that should hide the transition. The yellowing of the head is a little worrisome, but I think I can make it work. His stringing was a pain when he first got here, but we worked things out c:

Eyes:

Dolly Planet 14/5mm, actually a misprint apparently, I was lucky that they were still selling this color.

Wig:

"Hidden Dreams"/WSkyStudio on Etsy. Fur wig, he has both a white one and a black one he can wear interchangeably.

Black. Possibly Cerulean blue, like his flames.

First attempt at his scars/staples done in watercolor pencil, I need to make them less "Glasgow grin" on the next try and have them follow the shape of his jaw more. Neck/collarbone scars are approximate, and his jointed hands were not sealed before winter happened so I can't do the scars on those yet. Planning to sew him arm warmers as a temporary fix, and work on his canon outfit when I can.
