She's a huldra and I couldn't figure out a better name than just calling her Huldra. It might change in the future though.

She's a huldra that, for some reason or another, can't seem to seduce a man and steal his life force/marry and become human. Her secret gets out and people learn that she's a huldra and stay far away from her despite her continued attempts. The villagers actually try and harm her since they consider her evil but she learns magic as a way to protects herself. Fire magic seems to draw her in despite wanting to be closer to the earth, however she accepts it because of the strength it gives her.

Later on, she finds others who welcome her with open arms, but for the time being, she's alone.
