Reason for choice:

for this project I needed a slim, very light and beautiful doll - Diana just came perfect in time for this

her posing was awful until I wired her and changed her default arms & hands (they gor no wrist joints or hands) to Clemans' human parts

I always dreamed of a music box with dancer, and when she is rotating her life form turns to death - the perfect vision to show how thin is the line from life to death. Diana was perfect for this: she is light in weight, got a good size for a standard music box base.
The back of her head was planned to be death, so I sculpted a tiny skull out of paperclay (didn't want to use Apoxie Sculpt for this because of the weight; paperclay is much lighter). It was very difficult for me since 1) I cannot sculpt, 2) the head is just round and big, while a skull has an oval form - so it could never turn out perfect. 3) I cannot sew and she was in need of a nice dress, 4) WIG!!! A doll with 2 faces in front and back, and in this tiny size... well, I ruined a bigger wig for her and glued several tiny parts together, directly on the head, so she finally got pretty long curly hair

Name story:

Die-ana fits perfect to her: in front she is still "Diana" (the default name of her sculpt) and alife; when the music box tuns she is dead, "die"-ana :D
