Reason for choice:

I honestly fell in love with the black lipstick. I’d liked the body before, but when I saw her face painted that way, I fell in love.

Best Points:

She poses like a dream, doesn’t throw her magnet hands, and her musculature is sculpted absolutely gorgeous (seriously, a 56cm girl with abs? I’m in Heaven)

Name story:

Cole kind of just came to me. I was thinking about how much I loved fem names that shortened to masc/androgynous names. Like Alex, or Mac versus Alexandra/Mackenzie. Nicole, being one of my middle names, isn’t a name I’d ever thought to give a doll, but somehow it worked perfectly for Cole, who ended up as a really personal character.

Cole is the bastard daughter of an elvish noble and an eladrin (fey-elvish) adventurer who’d been passing through. As a result, she got some of the eladrin shifting ability, which mostly manifests in her hair, which changes colours “seasonally” with her mood.

To get her backstory out fast, it’s been a mess. She’s spent years looking for a place, and hasn’t quite found one (but she’s found plenty she can’t go back to). She more or less settles into moving places and building her own ending. Occasionally she backslides on this and tries to make herself fit a place, or a person, and that’s gone not very well. She meets Vidania while Vidania is in a really harmful relationship, and they have a one night stand. A couple years later, she meets Vidania, off on a revenge quest, and they spend a few weeks together, but it doesn’t last. At the end of the revenge quest, Vidania finds her and they end up as lovers.
