Volks released Arashi as a Super Dollfie Cute male doll. He was the first boy SDC to be released. He came with the then-revolutionary leg system wherein his thighs have a swivel joint, allowing him to sit cross-legged.

Head design was by ZOUKEI-MURA INC. Doll Design was by MIKEY
