How was he or she packed? Very very well. Everything was bubble wrapped and the box was filled with packing peanuts.
What did his or her box look like? Dollstown ships in a plain cardboard box.
What did he or she come with? Beautiful gift eyes included in the faceup! There were two COAs (head and body), adhesive velcro strips, and an extra block of nice eye clay even though the eyes were already applied.

What did his or her box look like? Like a chocolate box because that's what the Lieselotte box reminds me of.

How was he or she packed?: face mask, hands wrapped with bubble wrap, whole doll wrapped in soft foam wrapping and pillows, inside doll box
What did his or her box look like?: gold and white Volks Super Dollfie box
What did he or she come with?: by default, a FCS order with faceup comes with a pair of Zoukeimura eyes and a Volks wig of your choice (I used neither for Zhara), a few extra silicone kips, and Volks' doll care instruction booklet which is SO handy for a newbie BJD owner and even an experienced BJD owner. On top of these basics, I also bought a head ornament, 2 pairs of option hands, and 1 pair of option feet in the same FCS order.

what did his or her box look like? a black box with Doll Chateau's logo in a reflective silver. it was a little bit scuffed on the front.
what did she come with? a nude doll, a random set of 14mm eyes, a crown, a CoA and a care guide.

Condition: New!
Packing: Very well packed! Lots of care obviously went into her shipment, she was bubble wrapped, masked and then stored inside a very nicely made carry bag. The official box was packed snugly inside an outer box with plenty of padding. Only a minor dent was noted on the official box.
Her official box was fairly standard, but cute. It served its purpose and will now take up space in storage because I can't bear to throw them away...
She was a nude doll (body and head) and COA, but I ordered eyes, a wig and those adorable pajamas that she was pictured with. I really wanted to replicate her look from their site.

 

That's such an amazing sculpt! I've never seen that before, its incredible!

Couldn't resist this photo. It's too funny-looking. I have improved his faceup a bit and given him different eyes! That's when he got his name, too, since at his box opening I already had is more beautiful twin Orion, and was considering just selling Rigel. Now I'm more attached to Rigel! (his head, anyway, he needs some good clothes).

What did he or she come with?: Clover came with an extra pair of hands and Lior came with heel legs and heel feet. Both came with eyes and their COAs.
