k-doll head , on lots of different bodies please

I was wondering if there were any photos of Luts NS Kasis as a FEMALE!
I'm having trouble finding a body that matches.

 

Here's my Volks white Kill_U_Sp on an Impldoll white boy body. The resin match is really good. (The head came really blushed so it looks a little off. But, in person the match looks great!) The body is 64cm with a neck size of 10cm. The ImplDoll body is from this year, and I got the K-Doll head from the MP in 2009; so I don't know what year it was originally made. Im the third owner.







I love this body! It stands like a rock no matter where I put it. And, it's a great poser. The resin is nice and smooth, and all the seams are sanded. And no squeeky noises from any of his joints! Unfortunately, he doesn't have double-jointed knees, but I can live with that.


The head fits perfectly! No sanding or modding. And the shoulders are wide enough that I think the head looks fairly proportioned. All in all, a very nice body for an unbelieveably reasonable price.

 

Rabbit -- since we know pictures can mislead - what's the color undertone of the whites? Pinkish? Creamy? Yellow? My oldest Kdoll head is white, but very yellowed.

That's a great-looking body!

Thanks Hobbywhelmed! I can't tell you how pleased I am with this body! Doesn't he have a cute tush?

But, unfortunately, Im terrible at determining color on a resin. Compared to my white skin CP VDES, Soom Heliot, and AOD Vampire Shi, he's closest in color to the AOD white. He's very creamy in color, but a little less bright than the AOD white. I don't think I see any pink or yellow undertones. He seems very neutral. Hope that helps.

Edit: I got my body in April 2010. Per this link, Impldoll white resin has changed. They are saying it now has a bit of pink to it. http://www.denofangels.com/forums/s...pldoll-Resin-matching-(nudity)&highlight=Dika I think the body I received may be the new resin, since it is not translucent, as the earlier bodies were described.

 

I don't suppose anyone has a Iplehouse female SID body they could pop a head on? Preferably Kill_U...

 

I recently got a WS Spiritdoll Elegance body for my LW Kasis head.
I bought my head sometime in March 2010, and the body is new from Jan. 2011.



The body itself is fantastic! It's sculpted beautifully and poses wonderfully.
The resin match is pretty good as well, though I can't say how much my head has yellowed. The body is a bit warmer in colour but in person its hardly noticeable, or at least not enough to bother me at all.



For the picky the neck could use a little sanding as at certain angles his head looks a bit perched on top of the neck, but otherwise he has pretty good head movement and his wig tends to cover it anyway.



All in all, great body- very pleased~!

 

I'd love to know this myself! I had considered getting my Karon (girl) a LoongSoul body but I'm unsure on how well the resin/proportion match is. Does anyone know? Or what about the Glorydoll Milky Skin Tone, does anyone know how well it matches the WS K-Dolls? I'm looking for a sort of busty girl that's a good resin and proportion match for my WS Karon! Any suggestions would be lovely!

 

Does anyone have any pictures of a K-doll head (preferably a Karon, but any will do since I'm looking at resin matches too) on a Fantasy Doll NS body, or on a Doll Family NS-Yellow body? Thanks!

I'm unsure on how well the resin/proportion match is for any of these. Does anyone know?

Sorry, I can't help you there =( . I have a K-Doll Kamyu on a Fdoll body but he's White skin.

 

I ended up getting an NS FDoll body for my NS Karon, but the body is super yellow! I'll try to have pics later, but it fits fine, and the body is a bit darker (since its yellowed), but I'm guessing that a new one should match pretty well. He can't look up all that great, but he can move his head around fine any other way.

 

About fantasy doll, matching really depends on their resin batch. I have two Kdoll Karon head I bought at once, Normal skin Volks, I had a fantasy doll NS home and match was good with one of the head, so I ordered another one .. match was really bad.


Body 1 - Good match, head is slightly more pale, but not really obvious in reality


Body 2 - Bad match, head with way too pale, body is two tone more pink than the head. You can see it on photo but also when you have the doll under your eyes.

So I changed Iole's Fantasy Doll body for another one. A yellowed white skin Luts Delf girl body type 1 ( I sanded off the breasts )




Match is pretty good and I like the thin neck.

 

Here I am back again! Has anyone got any comparisons of KDoll's WS to Spirit Doll's WS?
I'd love to see a KDoll on a Spirit Doll body!

Also still looking for skin comparison and/or proportion matches of KDoll heads to to these bodies as well

Hello guys! I just got a Kill_U (Volks NS) and I looking for a body!
I saw somewhere that the old B&G matched and I think I saw that the newer one did too but then I see a message that older heads are bigger hence they are not proportionate !?

Can anyone post picture of the head on old or new naked bodies, please~?

I'm looking for a lanky, not necessarily short, body that fits :O!
If you have something that fits but not color match, I'd want to see it anyway~

Wondering if anyone knows/can do a comparison of K-Doll WS against Zaoll WS? Even if anyone just has both at home and can do a quick snap would be most appreciated! Interested in both the resin match and proportions!

NUDITY.

My k-doll kasis head on a (modded) supergem body.
The torso is actually a medium bust from spiritdoll, but the rest are supergem pieces.



All pieces are WS and the match inbetween them is quite okay, i think. The head looks a bit more pinker because of the faceup.

 

The older vwhite k-doll is a great match for magical angel white

 

I'm gonna necro this thread to ask about bodies for Kill_U since 90% of the pics in here are dead. XP

Sooooo what bodies are good for Kill_U 1st in normal skin? I just got my head and his color was unknown/not remembered, but he seems close to Volks NS as opposed to mellowed WS, so I'm going with that he's NS. He's from the final order period for Kill_U 1st.

I've read Custom House is good. Is SD13 okay? Or is it too big (neck-wise)? I have an SD13 but he has a modded neck so I can't use him as a reliable example. XP

 

My gen 1 custom house body is great color wise for the head I had, I would suspect 1st gen boys and girl would also be ok since they are very similar.

I would say SD bodies would fit as I have had many heads on them and really don't see how the neck wouldn't work. I'll need to see if I ever posted photos here or if I even still have them...

@Wolfie Pie One of my Kill_U 1st heads is in NS, I can do some comparisons later if you want. K-doll resin used to be based on Volks for NS and one of the WS options, then she had an old LUTS Delf WS option as well. I don't have many NS bodies anymore, so I could only test in kinda old Souldoll Double and Delf, a new Iplehouse nYID NS and then with some heads for skin match if you're interested in that as well. I believe I can check the matches with SOOM, Crobidoll, Doll Leaves and a very old Volks since these are the NS heads I've got. If it's for proportions sake, my WS Kill_U is on a Spiritdoll Elegance body. Below is a very old pic (from 2011 lol), but it shows the important bits:



I've got my Kill_U 2nd, which is sliiiightly smaller than Kill_U but they're very similar anyway, on the previous Dollzone boy body (B60-004). The new DZ body (B60-005) has good potential from the measurements, I'm planning on getting it for my NS Kill_U sometime.
This is the naked-est pic I've got of him, I can take one without wig later ^_^



I'mma dig my hard drive and see if I can find some pics I took of Kill_U on Distant Memory 65cm and SWITCH 65cm bodies. I can vaguely remember taking these so they must be there somewhere :P

If you can, post a pic of your Kill_U head with other dolls around and I can probably help you identify it.

@Wolfie Pie By your pictures, his color seems basically the same as mine. A light but yellow normal skin, pretty close to old Volks dolls before they made Pureskin have a more peachy pink undertone.

Here are the pics I took earlier today! Hope it helps, it was a little hard to capture the real shades with how the light was today. I'll include some descriptive text to help out. These were taken under natural light with a white artificial light above for less shadows.

Below is a color comparison with various NS I own currently. IRL the differences are more clashing, but this is somewhat accurate anyway.

Doll Leaves is NORMAL PINK, I realized I didn't specify! It's a damn dark NS, hardly matches anything LOL





K-doll Kill_U 1st NS + older LUTS Delf type 3 boy body NS
My body is definitely a little mellowed due to age, but comparing to the not-yellowed hand I had stored it has almost the same tone, only lost a little bit of redness. This is one of the bodies K-doll used in promotional pictures, but usually WS since it's the skin she tried to match. The head IRL is a lot yellower than how it looks here and the difference is very clear. I don't mind the proportions too much if you're not making a very mature face. Kill_U can go on slightly larger bodies, so his neck has fitting room as the 2nd picture shows. It tends to sit better on SD13 scale bodies (63cm tall and such).

K-doll Kill_U 1st NS + Souldoll Double boy body NS (discontinued body)
Being as old as my Delf body, this NS has also mellowed a little and lost it's redness. The color is actually very similar to the older Fairyland/LUTS NS, they're almost the same, so the color considerations towards Kill_U are the same as mentioned above. This body is a little more masculine and broad than Delf, so Kill_U sits a little better IMO. This body is also as tall as a SD13, but it's overall smaller due to Souldoll having pretty tiny heads and more realistic proportions than Volks. I believe this would look better on the thicker neck option Souldoll used to offer. Mine is the 9cm round neck, the thicker version was 10cm round.

This body is quite new, I've received it straight from IH in early 2017. Clearly IH's NS is a lot lighter and pinker than Kill_U and the neck is way too thick. But here it is in case anyone wanted to know LOL

Hopefully these are helpful to you in a way. I'm glad to provide more insight based on measurements if you have certain bodies in mind! The friend I bought this head from used to have him on a Little Monica Harmony boy body and it looked ok proportion-wise, even tho the resin was a little lighter (it's very close to Crobidoll NS, so my first pic should be good for this). From my personal preferences, I'd say he'd still look good on an older Volks SD13/SD Graffiti both proportion and color wise. I'd definitely go for 61cm to 65cm options with up to 10cm round necks. Few examples are Little Monica Harmony, Crobidoll R-Line, LUTS Senior Delf, Distant Memory 65cm, Nobilitydoll (not the 70cm), Dollzone B60-005 and similar bodies.

In case you find other K-doll heads matches, be aware: Kill_U and it's variations (2nd and Sp) are the largest of the older K-doll heads and are similar to a Volks SD head. Karon and Kamyu are smaller both in size and face features, so these tend to look better on standard, smaller SD bodies. Kael and Kasis are both smaller than Kill_U, but have larger and "taller" heads compared to Karon and Kamyu, so they also look a lot better on medium SDs like Kill_U (they have probably my favorite size). As for the new heads, Keikei is quite similar to Kill_U but his face has even larger features. Khan is close-ish to Kasis and Kael but a little bigger, since he was made for 70cm bodies. I personally prefer him on 65cm like SOOM, SD17, Feeple65, but he looks quite good on my nYID due to his larger neck and features. Below is a repost of my K-doll comparison I've taken a while ago. It's been posted on the discussion thread probably. I should re-take this with Karon and Kamyu since I've got them afterwards!

This will definitely help me with finding a body. And I tried Kill_U on my SD10 for shits'n'giggles and you're totally right, he's way more suited for an SD13-sized body.

And I think I faved that head comparison pic of yours on Flickr, cause I was looking up Kill_U's for faceup reference- I need to make mine adequately grumpy/angry, since he's going to be Hoozuki from the series Hoozuki no Reitetsu. XD
