I think so yes. then again it is my first doll but I love her so much .

The sales picture wasnt very good but she came out wonderful . WAY better than the sales picture.

I was very happy except for the fact I didnt get the wig I ordered I got a completely different wig. It's probably my fault in my part because of me not reading I bought a 44cm wig that costed $17 when my doll was 43cm. So I guess they gave me a wig of proper size and that would also explain why some of the goodies were taken away (I got candy a note pad and some domo thing and a little doggy plushie that I gave to my doll )because when I saw that wig a looooong time ago it was $21 ._. . But I'm very happy they change the wig. I always wanted black hair for my doll and it was just wonderful ^^. So overall It was so worthe taking some of the treats away then making me pay the full 20 bucks .

Over a period of several months, several 27cm obitsus, a RS Mai, and a Dollzone Ying

When did you order?
My first order was placed in October 2011, my Mai was purchased in December 2011, and Ying was purchased February of this year.

How was the communication?
There was no need for it with these orders, however, any time I have emailed Emory in regards to other items, he's always gotten back to my quickly, and been very helpful.

How easy was it to pay?
A quick and easy paypal payment. If I recall, paypal IS the only payment option, however.
If you don't have paypal, you would need to get it if you wanted to order from here.

How long did it take to ship?
FAST. All of my orders have arrived in under a week, and most would have probably been sooner, had I not ordered close to the weekend, when UPS doesn't deliver.

Was the quality appropriate for the price?
Yes, and no. For the most part, yes, however my Ying had some issues with the inside of his head cap, causing the S hook snapping out of place, and chip his neck. This issue is dollzones fault, and not Emorys. I did not contact him on the issue, as it was a quick fix, I was happy with Ying, and Dollzone wasn't making him any more. However, if you happen to order that last white skin DZ Ying in stock, you may want to ask Emory to pop open the head cap, and see what the inside of the head is like.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, and in Mai's case, better. However, Emory has recently been adding new pictures of the RS boys, as opposed to the RS/BBB stock photos.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Extremely.

Would you order from this company again?
Yes, definitely. If I can find it there, I will buy it there. Emory is helpful, packs his dolls well, tosses in little freebies, and I trust him to help straighten out any errors. My next doll will definitely be ordered through Junky Spot.

The wig look just like the picture. My Doll looks similar to the promos, but has much more natural makeup. She was also a bit bustier than the promo's had lead me to believe, but that's alright.

I got her on Dec. 6th, however Emory ended up shipping me the new Light Grey Freya instead of the white one. However I emailed him and he got back to me within a few hours and sent out a White one to me in a few days. I got my white one on December 13th and shipped the light grey one back yesterday.

Pretty good I think. I think the hands of my White Freya look a little yellowed... but it could also be the lighting in my house?

Pretty much the same except for the hands. But then I plan on mostly painting over them anyway.

I was a little upset at first that I got the wrong Freya, but Emory was great at responding and getting the correct one shipped out to me. The shipping is pretty fast considering and he seems to get your items shipped out within the next day or so. So I will most likely order from there again.

In the end I was. I actually ordered another doll from them yesterday.

If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
The legs looked off when I got her and the stringing was terrible, so I contacted them and they sent me a whole new Torso and a restringing kit, then there was damage to her right hand and while restringing her 2 fingers broke from a fracture I wasn't worried about initially and they quickly sent me a new hand so all in all I was very satisfied in the end. Would order many many many more times.

I actually put in a preorder, then got a message a few days later from Emory that they'd just received a shipment including the doll I wanted, and was it OK for him to ship her right away. Better than appropriate! Stringing is perfect, faceup and eyes are just like the picture. I still literally melt every time she "looks" at me.

I think it was at the very least it was very close. It looked like what I bought though I did not put the sale picture and the actual product side by side and compare them. The only thing that i have negative on that respect to say is it said in the sale that it would come with galactic blue eyes however the eyes she had were purple, I assume galactic blue would be some shade of blue. Not that the purple eyes are not lovely they certainly are just they're not blue.

Lots of Mr. Super Clear Flat UV Cut and some Army fine detail paintbrushes.

* How was the communication?
They seem to use a PayPal-based cart so the only order confirmation I got was the PayPal receipt, but that’s not really a problem, a lot of merchants do this. The next day I got a notification that my order was processing, and it shipped out that same day. I received a UPS Quantum View tracking e-mail. The communication wasn't personal or direct, but for me it doesn't need to be unless there's a problem that we need to work out or it's a very large order. They kept me informed about the status of my order, so no complaints.

* How easy was it to pay?
PayPal, scourger of wallets. Very easy.

* How long did it take to ship?
It shipped the next day.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Really excellent deal on the Mr. Super Clear (especially when some places are trying to sell it for thirty bucks a can plus shipping) and an even better deal if you order their three-packs. MSC apparently ships from the manufacturer in six packs of cans, so all they had to do was plop that box in the shipping box, and now I have a snazzy company box that I can store my MSC in. The MSC cans were individually shrink-wrapped.

The brushes were in a bag taped to the inside of the box so they wouldn’t get damaged, and there was a notation about this on the packing slip which was kind of them, the packing was very well thought out. I really like Army/Wargamer brushes, especially these; they are inexpensive but excellent quality with nice handles and super tiny tips. Shipping was around $20 for Ground (a requirement if you order aerosols) which is pretty reasonable.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, it’s hard to misrepresent a can of MSC (although the first time I ordered it from somewhere else in 2004 I was really surprised by how small they are) and there are clear and detailed photos of the paint brushes not only next to one another for comparison but with various US coins near them for scale.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes! Beyond satisfied. They also sent me a charming little gift, which is never necessary but is always good for morale, so that was much appreciated.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
N/A, happy!

* Would you order from this company again?
Absolutely, I surely will in the future. They don’t always have MSC in stock, but this is definitely the place I would prefer to order it from. I have several future dolls to work on and needed quite a few cans at once, so it was nice to be able to get it shipped within the US and for a reasonable price since it can be so elusive. If you get on their mailing list they'll tell you when they restock supplies as well. Really good service.

It could be better. I didn’t get a confirmation email until the next day even though I had ordered first thing in the morning. I also sent and email asking if my order had been accepted, but that was also ignored. I did eventually get two emails simultaneously, one being the confirmation email and one being the shipping notice. I would prefer to have confirmation much more promptly so I could make sure there weren’t any mistakes.

From California to Mississippi, 4 days. It would have been faster had I not ordered so close to the weekend.

I couldn't be more thrilled! I'm new to the BJD world as I'm mainly a barbie kind of collector.
I desperately wanted a myou doll for a long while now. Then found out I had to wait months to receive one and that physically hurt. I try hard to be patient in every aspect of my life but the wait for something I want is torture. I happen to find out about junkyspot through research. I wanted Rod but he sold out so I went for Alan praying I get him before he sells out too. I have never been more in love. BJD's are so amazing and it looks like a work of art. Got my order in a few days. I'd say I'm more than satisfied. Definitely want to get my hands on more myou dolls.
