I bought Atelier Momoni Somni from littlebirdzoom, a long with some outfits. Everything was perfect! The doll is gorgeous, the outfits are amazing. Littlebirdzoom was great to work with. I would gladly do business with them again!

I purchased a Peak’s Woods Hon from Littlebirdzoom. The listing mentioned no defects but I found the doll’s forehead had a large sealant rub upon arrival, which is a defect to me. I reached out to Littlebirdzoom and she said she knew nothing about it, but upon closer observation of her sales pictures, the defect could be seen in her own pictures.

It would have been helpful if this was properly mentioned in her sales post instead of me discovering upon unboxing. This felt like a deliberate non-disclosure…

Seller replied me that she honestly was not aware of the sealant rub, so I apologise for assuming it was deliberately undisclosed.

Buyers to definitely enquire in detail for seller to check for details you find to be defective as seller may not share the same opinions.

 

10/10 Transaction with @Littlebirdzoom. I purchased a Fairyland Fairyline60 NS Torso Only on Miwa Mint Rabbit Legs. She let me do a 3 month layaway and let me know all the info needed for us to go through the transaction. She was patient with my payments and shipped promptly. The package arrived as pictured and described. Well packaged with bubble wrap. Happy with this transaction!

A belated but positive feedback! Back in October, littlebirdzoom bought a Fairyland event special arm from me, rescuing it from my impulse-buy-for-projects-I-never-got-to drawer! A great person to deal with, friendly and decisive!

 

I bought a little monica Elena head from Littlebirdzoom and it was such a wonderful transaction! she was super sweet the whole transaction, shipped her the same day I payed and was generally just awesome! high recommend!

I purchased a Minifee Nanuri 14 full doll from @Littlebirdzoom and had a great experience! I paid via F&F and she was super friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond throughout the whole transaction. There was a mishap in which the shipping labels for my doll and another user's got mixed up, and Littlebirdzoom let me know immediately what happened as soon as she found out (after the packages had shipped out but before mine had arrived). We had to do a little shipping back and forth to correct the mix-up but she handled everything super gracefully and paid for expedited shipping for both myself and the other user to get the correct dolls en route to the correct houses.

Despite the delay my doll arrived safe and sound, exactly as described, and very thoughtfully packaged. Overall I am very satisfied with how this transaction went and I would happily do business with Littlebirdzoom again.

I bought a Minifee Shiwoo from Littlebirdzoon. Great transaction! They are very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly and fully. The doll was shipped soon after I paid, packed VERY well, and he is in good shape. Super cute guy, I'm very happy to have him. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

 

Unfortunately, I need to leave a Neutral/Slightly Negative feedback for Littlebirdzoom

I purchased a Volks Yumepi from Littlebirdzoom. I insisted on paying PayPal Goods & Services, and agreed to pay the additional PayPal fees for that -- which Littlebirdzoom slightly overcharged, but they were quick to refund when I pointed out their calculations had been incorrect.

Unfortunately, I was the other half of @Saphira 's shipping mishap. My Yumepi was sent to @Saphira , and her Minifee Nanuri 14 was sent to me.

The Minifee Nanuri was not well-packaged when she arrived. Her face protector was not properly fixed over the face (it had been attached in such a way that the bottom edge of the face protector was rubbing against her chin) and there was no bubble wrap inside the doll box. So, before I shipped the Nanuri back to Littlebirdzoom, I completely repacked the doll, making sure to properly attach the faceplate and adding bubble wrap to cushion the doll.

Here is a photo of the Nanuri as she arrived to me. As you can see, the face protector is not properly over the face, there is no bubble wrap, and the foam protector had come off the waist, allowing the doll to flop around in the box.


This problem occurred again when Yumepi finally arrived. Her face protector was not properly attached to the head, came loose during shipping, and was rubbing against her chin when she arrived. In addition, the foam around the head was not properly taped, so during shipping it slid down and flattened Yumepi's lashes. (However, she did at least have bubble wrap, in addition to the Volks cushions, as padding inside the box.)





I will say that Littlebirdzoom did refund the overcharged PayPal fees and the original shipping fee back to me, plus covered all the costs of shipping the Minifee back to them. They also apologized for the poor packaging job and did promise to try to do better with dolls in the future.

Luckily, it seems neither doll incurred damage from the shipping ordeal (other than the flattened lashes on Yumepi).

 

I bought a Luts Honey Delf centaur from Littlebirdzoom and I couldn't be more pleased! Setting up a layaway with them was easy, communication was always quick and friendly, and the doll is exactly what I was hoping for, I would absolutely recommend Littlebirdzoom as a seller! Thanks again!

I'd let them know in advance that I was interested but wouldn't be able to pay for a month, so if no one bought him before then they would have a buyer then. Without asking for a hold, they held him for me! Shipping delay possibilities were clearly communicated, and the doll arrived packaged well and in a box that was genuinely scarily sturdy. I appreciate greatly this whole transaction, and Littlebirdzoom for how they handled it.

 

I purchased a Feeple60 King Karsh from LBZ and they were a HUGE PLEASURE to deal with. I was able to put the doll on layaway and he was shipped very quickly even though I paid him off faster than either of us expected.
