Feedback for Krowbar~

Another +1 for Krowbar. I bought his Dream of Doll Black Vampire Elf Kirill on a long layaway. He was both patient and prompt, shipped quickly after final payment, and not only was Kiril packed for safety, he sent an amazing number of extras with him. I can never say enough good about Krowbar- he is both stellar to work with, and an excellent person. Always a pleasure.

 

Krowbar did a faceup for my Doll Chateau Kevin and faceup and bodyblus on my Clemans doll. I'm very happy with the job he did, it is amazing. I really recommend him! ^^

 

I commissioned @Krowbar to do a ftm mod and face-up to a Soom Vesuvia. Both the mod and face-up are extremely well done and I'm utterly thrilled with the results. Communication was always friendly and prompt and they were very patient with my questions. I would highly recommend them and I'm planning on having them to do some other mods for me in the future.

 

Krowbar bought an Ami Ayase head from me and was wonderful to work with. Communication was prompt and friendly and each layaway payment was sent on time without need for reminders. I highly recommend Krowbar!

krowbar answered my WTB thread for a rap1993 poppy, which i bought on a short layaway. they were SUPER accommodating with the payments and my scatterbrain questions shipped incredibly fast and was packaged super well, so glad to have this grail off my wishlist!

 

I purchased a Merrydollround Ophelia from Krowbar with a really flexible layaway (I wouldn't have been able to purchase her without this). Communication was great. She was shipped out within a few days of my last payment (packaged well) and the doll is everything I hoped for!

I purchased a Dollstown Elf Body from Krowbar and it was an amazing experience! He was super friendly and helpful throughout the process, offering additional photos of the damage on her finger while I was purchasing her, and he was also able to unstring her body for me and sent her well-packed and super secure!

In addition I had made a mistake during payment-- recently Paypal had changed the UI on their mobile app when it comes to sending money (whyyy), and it does its darndest to automate a currency conversion, forcing things back and forth when you try to use the dropdown on mobile. Unfortunately this got me, but we were able to work it out, set things right, and Krowbar was extremely understanding and patient with me as I fumbled my way around on the app! I am so grateful for this, as this was my mistake and Krowbar showed a high degree of customer service through this process.

Absolutely amazing! The body was shipped out quickly and arrived fast! I was able to get her up and posing right away, and couldn't be happier! Krowbar is fantastic, and should I have a chance to work with him in the future, I would be delighted to!

I bought a Dollshe Natalie Portman from Krowbar. He was very communicative and responded very quickly, with quick shipping.

There was something of an issue, as the shipping label for my doll and the shipping label for someone else's head got switched so I did not get my doll but instead got a very pretty 1/3rd scale head, which was a bit surprising. When I messaged him about that he was very apologetic, covered the return shipping for the head and promised a refund if the other buyer did not return the doll. He kept me informed about what was going on with the other buyer - who thankfully wanted the head and did not want the doll - and when she was back with him, she was sent on very quickly. While there was a delay with her going to the USA and then back to the UK, it was still less than a month. She arrived very well packaged, with all the extra bits and pieces, and I'm very happy with her.

I would definitely buy from Krowbar again.
