Ashers purchased a Switch HD body from me a few months ago. Sadly, one of the hands broke in transit. She was incredibly kind and understanding while I tried to get a replacement. I was able to order a new pair from Switch, and thankfully it arrived safely! Great buyer, thank you again!!

I just had the most wonderful transaction with Ashers! I contacted her about buying the Migidoll Yujin she had just listed. She was very quick to reply, and also offered me a Cynical Yujin she was about to list, and I happily took both. She shipped on time, and the heads had more bubblewrap and packing tape than I've ever seen, I don't think anything could have damaged these heads in transit! They arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, and Ashers was very friendly and fun to talk to through it all. I very highly recommend this seller, this was one of the best transactions I've had in this hobby. Thank you SO much for letting me bring these gorgeous heads home!

It hasn't even been two weeks since my last transaction with Ashers, and here I am again! I offered to trade my Elfdoll Hazy for several Migidoll heads, and it was the perfect transaction again! We worked out a deal quickly, she provided me with many pictures of the heads and info about them all, shipped the same day and they arrived sooner than expected, in perfect condition and very carefully wrapped. I was also notified that Hazy arrived safely as well. Ashers is a wonderful seller, trade partner and fun person to talk to! I truly can't say enough good things. If you are considering a transaction with Ashers, you absolutely should go for it!

 

I purchased a Kanadoll Adrian head from Ashers as a surprise for my boyfriend (it's his grail!) Ashers was very upbeat and responsive throughout the whole transaction, and when the head arrived was bubble-wrapped beyond compare; I don't think anything could have hoped to harm him on his journey. The head is exactly as listed, all items included, in perfect condition despite his age. I now have a very beautiful head in the home, and a very happy boyfriend!

I would 100% recommend doing a transaction with this person, everything went flawlessly and was very pleasant to communicate with to boot.

I needed a layaway which Ashers had no issues with and communicated with me the entire time. She provided awesome background about the doll and when it was time to ship, provided multiple shipping options for me to choose from. Packaging wise, Ashers is one of the best doll packers I have ever seen! Mari did not move an inch during transit!

anyone who was reading the Dollshe waiting room threads between 2020-22 likely saw my many complaint posts as i fought with Dollshe for three years trying to get the Arsene i paid for...to no avail. about a year after giving up on ever having the doll, i decided on a whim to put up a WTB for just his head. i didn't expect much, but within minutes of my post, Ashers replied with an offer of the exact head i was looking for, right down to the resin color i most preferred-- a bit of a BJD miracle! she's definitely one of the kindest sellers i've ever encountered in ten years in the hobby. she was lovely to deal with, prompt in communication and efficient in shipping, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. i'm so happy to finally own an Arsene and even happier that he came from such a pleasant transaction instead of a drawn-out bitter ordeal like my first attempt would have been-- this has really put a happy ending on my Dollshe ordeal. thank you to Ashers! i would 100% recommend her as a seller to anyone!

They were very detailed with the history of the heads and the current status. They took very clear pictures and provided hand written notes with their username and date. The packaing was secure and organized and the heads arrived safely. One of the heads had faceup from the owner before Ashers, and upon the removal of the faceup, I noticed some problems. Ashers actively participated in finding a solution to the problem and they were amazing to communicate with. I am 100% happy with the transaction and the result.
