Personality or background: Karsa Hock is the son of a half elf/half shapeshifter, and an Ortaran. Karsa was born, unfortunately, without the ability to power his own body, as most Ortaran's can absorb and translate energy around them to survive. His father fused his with experimental technology that allowed his body to function using the power of a state of the art AI battery. In a legal loophole, his father's company kicked him out of his own project and took guardianship of Karsa. Karsa was imprisoned in the company labs, and fused with experimental 'time travel' equipment - which was in fact a bionic arm capable of tearing wormholes open to allow travel back and forward through time, space, and dimensinal planes. Trained by elite scientists and soldiers to use the many fun ctions available to him, Karsa, in a risky and surprisingly smart move, decided to run from his captors using the very technology they burdened him with, and hides in the past, searching for someone who can help him disable the tracking feature in his arm so he can live his life peacefully.

As a person, Karsa stoops to lows most wouldn't ever dream of, and that is because most people are much smarter than Karsa. In fact, to say Karsa was not the sharpest tool in the shed would be giving him far too much credit. However, he is willing to take risks most are too logical to take, and when you need something done quickly, and with as many explosions physically possible, Karsa is your man.
