I personally adore this picture, even if you can't see the uniforms well ^_^;;








Without the robe. I almost like it better on the doll this way.

 

Can I ask, where did you guys get your little house patches? I've been trying to find one that's small enough to put on a dollfie robe... but I keep getting 4" ones that are just waaaaaay too large. The one Darryl uses looks the perfect sort of size!

 

Mine are 2.5 in patches I get off ebay. They are a bit out of scale for MSD ^_^;;;; I personally don't mind though. I've heard of people painting theirs on, which takes more talent than I can possibly imagine.

 

Actually, Darryl's patch was painted by Xiola ( ) and then sewn onto the robe after being cut out of the fabric it was painted on. So, you might be able to ask her to do one for you.

Seems to me you could scan in the smaller house emblem, resize it then print it off using the decals for dark colors. I think Avery puts out the paper for the decals.

 

I haven't made him the outfit yet, but my Dollmore Dean, Adrien, is quite the Harry Potter look alike!

 

I concur! Lets see the twins!!! Pleasseee?? I'd say the twins as Els would be fabulous. Or as Shiwoo and Chiwoo, as James and Oliver Phelps (the actors that play them in the movies) actually differ slightly in their facial structure, but are still identical.

Yes he looks like a young Snape in this, but I'd seen another picture of her boy in a long red wig and was like "omg!"

 

It's not *really* a cosplay, but I had several people tell me that Kumiho looks like a young Severus Snape in this picture:



Now I just need to get a proper outfit made for him with all those sexy buttons >:}

first off - all the snapes are AWESOME (including the doll who looks exactly like snape! XD). So are the Lucius costumes. wow (and everyone who hand-knitted sweaters! soo cute. I spend too much time crocheting my hats, making hand-knit sweaters would probably kill my wrists even more ;_; )

anyway, here is my Khaede modelling a Slytherin outfit, I might have posted these ages ago - he's SO not a Slytherin, though, which is probably pretty clear, since he looks so much like a Weasley :P

I've made him a gryffindor one to keep, because of the Weasley-looks, but I think he's more of a Ravenclaw. I just don't have any good photos of the other one, they were all taken with flash with my old camera and I haven't gotten any new ones since I'm waiting to make him a new one :p




and I tend to think he reminds me of Remus Lupin in this picture, but it's not specific cosplay, as such:

So this is where all of you are hiding! I’m so glad I found you. I know that it is a bit late, but these were taken at the HP Deathly Hallows book launch here in Honolulu. I made a complete Beauxbatons uniform for my Carys (Volks SD Nana) and DoA member--Dabacpac--made a wonderfully detailed Bellatrix outfit for her doll Aurora (Sleeping Soah head on Volks Dollfie Dream body).


Don’t mind that muggle. He was our charming bartender when we went for drinks before the book launch.

I have seen several delicious Snapes (or should the plural be Severi?) on DoA, and I thought it would be great for us Snape-addicts to be able to see them all in one place, so I 'm starting a Snape dungeon (that's like a Snape database, but cold, dark and dank).

I want to see all your dolls who are Severus Snape, who are inspired by him, or who cosplay Snape (bonus if they are accompanied by Harry, Lucius, Lily, Voldemort, etc. ).

Perhaps your Severus would like to add his own sarcastic commentary about his intellectual superiority to all other resin.

 

GAH! I so want to steal your Snape! He's gorgeous and that NOSE *drools*

This is Snapey-boy. (Dolkot Loon) He is made up as a '17-18 year old Snape'. He's also very difficult to photograph. As for inspiration...well I'm a Lucius/Snape fan and had to have a young Snape to go with my young Lucius. And I couldn't resist Loon's pout.

Wow that's an awesome Rickman!Snape.

Tell me, has his eyes been opened more than the default? My Rickman Minimee seems to have much smaller eyes than this...

(oh and then, just for the laugh.. Snape in Muggle disguise.. on Holiday.. with his Harry of course.)

 

I gues I should repost my Snape, because a lot has happened to him: He has got a new (still temporary..... hah who am I kidding?!) body - I was swapping heads around the other day and by some miracle, my D&D body (Harry...) had acquired the same colour as Alan's headcap, the only part of the minimee head NOT blushed into oblivion...

So today I removed his old blushing and faceup and put him on the D&D body. The biggest problem with it is that it's on the short side, 58 cm. So I'm still, at least part time, looking for a replacement body.
But anyway, here he is in his new pale glory:

I was just taking possible sales pictures (sniffle -- stupid real life expenses!) of my Alan Rickman Snape and realized I hadn't posted him here at all. Tasha Neko/ Illness-Illusion did his face up as Snape and he's the most realistic doll I've ever seen.

Minami Ritsu - What an awsome setup. I need to find some of the pictures I have from the Graveyard scene video I did with my dolls. Similuar to what you have, but wasn't nearly as cool.

TwistedKitty - She is adorable as Hermione. I kind of wish my dolls were 43cm so they could wear the tonner stuff to.

VampireAngel13 - I love the shirt. Cute. It all works.

I already posted my Luna, but she had a special 6th movie outfit made for the movie openning, and have to share it. Luna is my favorite character from the books, and she's my most spoiled of my girl dolls.

Just a little cosplay!

 

For Halloween this year, I dressed as a Slytherin student. My three mini boys were from the other three houses and my DZ Leo... was a House Elf! ^__^

I made pretty much everything they are wearing, even lined the robes with the appropriate colors. The 'house elf's' hat is made from an infant's sock.

 

Harry Potter Slytherin Quidditch robes.

I made 3 outfits for my boys for a Sci fi convention in Corner Brook Newfoundland. One was a Jedi robes and the other 2 where Harry Potter robes
Hunter(brown hair) is wearing his with his racing glasses on. (Thanks to Sirius53 black for all her help)



Link is also wearing Slytherin robes and a scarf made by Ravenmoon's mom.

 

maigune - I love your new additions and Harry with Teddy is priceless!

My young adult Harry is a WIP (need to add more lower eyelashes, for example, and get him some non-broken glasses). I do love this sculpt though.
