History: Orphaned along with his half-brother when their mother died, the boys grew up in a Catholic church. Both boys went through their schooling, finally majoring in religion in college, both aspiring to be preists. However, Claude never did as well as his brother, and eventually dropped out after falling head-over-heels for one of the sons of Lucifer. Claude eventually ended this relationship however, fearing where the path would take him, and not wanting to end up confined to Hell before he was even dead.

Some people may not like the proportions, but with the smaller Bernard head, I think it works very well after the DS-body prejudiced eye gets used to it!

Personality: Kinda shy, but gentle, with good intentions. Still a bit bewildered by his new existence, with all the many options now open to him, but learning to be eager for experience. Grateful for any kindness towards him..
History: His animus/spirit arrived into his current life from having been enduring the existence as a Ken doll in a toy-abusive, very Barbie-rules-all household. History: Your classic farmboy from a 20th century tale. Alphonse was born into a large family with 9 brothers and sisters, himself included. The siblings lived with their parents on an animal farm in the countryside and they all helped their parents to run the farm. Things like cutting the crops, cleaning out horses stables and playing sheperd to a flock of sheep were all part of daily life for the children. The family werent exactly rich and life was tough for the for them but still, it didn't stop them having fun and enjoying life.
But their happy days were not to last. On a cold windy night a man came to give them the most tragic, devastating news they would ever hear: The farm would have to be sold.
Their parents hadnt told the children in case of frightening them but the truth was that the family was in debt and owed a lot of money so there was no other choice but to sell the farm. In other words, the children would all have to be sent away.
In order to stay strong for his family and his siblings, 16 year old Alphonse accepted his fate and quietly disappeared from their lives and made his way to England to start a new life. Having never been to school or had any sort of "proper" education, Alphonse found life difficult in the big city. Not being able to read was a big drawback.
However he kept his chin up and his courage and optimistic smile helped him make many friends.
He's happy now. ^_^

History: Palladino is old, very old. He was born in Venice in the early 18th century and he was born with the voice of an angel. In order to retain this power, he was made a castrato and became famous throughout Italy as the man who could charm the birds from out of the trees. He aquired a patron: a master alchemist. When asked, he will attribute his longevity to his abstinence from meat. However, it is more likely that he was given the the Holy Grail of the alchemists; the elixir of life. He became involved with the Perigrini, the race of congenital vampires, when he discovered their shared resistance to physical degeneration. He met Severin, a Perigrinus, at a dinner hosted by Giacomo Casanova. They soon became friends and lovers. Two hundred years later, they remain close allies.
Personality: Palladino has an almost obsessive need for order. He strives to understand and control the world around him and is intolerant of imprecision and uncertainty. In particular, he seeks to understand people. However, the longer he lives, the more baffled he becomes of their apparent irrationality. Because of this, he lacks the polished social skills of his vampire friends.

History: I'll give my best shot at summarizing this kid's entire story....

Hopper Jack is a native Californian from the San Diego area. He's an 80s kid through and through and refuses to give up the music. He listens to vinyls and will not get an mp3 player because it "ruins the music". He was never one for school and barely finished highschool. After graduating, he took a trip to Europe in an effort to find his calling; a tall, quick-witted german girl quickly crossed his path and they hit it off. He managed to convince her to follow him back to the states, but their relationship was short lived. Ainsley eventually left him which left him to pick up the pieces. In effort to mend a broken heart, he went after her. It was soon apparent that he was better off returning home.

Jackie became heavily reserved, sticking to his own devices to entertain himself and found it difficult to find the motivation to do anything but write music. The first college semester were drawing near and he began looking into continuing school. Unsurprisingly, when his family heard about his intentions, they were less than supportive. Why even try, if he wasn't going to be able to handle the workload? To prove everyone around him wrong, he applied to every university avaliable. There wasn't tremendous feedback, but a small, southern college saw some sort of potential. His family was shocked. With the little encouragement he recieved from his parents, he ended up taking a greyhound cross-country with his guitar and a suitcase.

Before Jackie knew it, he was roomed with a straight-laced, conservative northern boy whom he got into squabbles with on a daily basis; he knew Luke Clark as his annoyingly, OCD roommate. He was everything Hopper Jack wasn't: a reasonably good student, somewhat well-off and obviously clean-cut. Thier relationship was obviously rocky. It wasn't until after realizing that they were the only other student the other knew that they even began talking. Jackie wasn't as much as an introvert as he feared the unknown. Luke's quiet nature and Jack's eccentric qualities combined in electric attraction. Hopper Jack soon realized that his chance friendship ran deep. Idle conversation lead to innocent flirtation which ended in embarassing confessions after knocking back a few drinks. Confrontation was imminent along with Hopper Jack's official withdrawal from school. His relationship with Luke grew like wildfire until the two realized they couldn't survive without the other.

After Luke and Jackie were married, Ainsley showed up with a three year old that she claimed was Jackie's. Unable to see the child being neglected, they agreed to adopt him in spite of the fact that he was in no way related to Hopper Jack. Dylan is a bit of a handful, but they seem to be adjusting just fine. They've both agreed that Dylan is one of the best things in their life.

Personality: Sometimes his head isn't screwed on right, and can be a little dramatic. Despite his questionable mental capabilities, he's a loyal friend. He's quite friendly, but can be very hot-headed.

He eventually grew tired of dealing with the wealthy clients, and turned control of NaGeira over to a new Captain, though he remains her owner. Roaul is an inventor from the Victorian era. He mostly works with chemicals and clockworks. He had been working on an invention that would extend human lifespans. His young daughter Elizabeth would often help him in the lab. Then there was an accident. The lab was destroyed with Elizabeth trapped inside. He was unable to save her. What he did not anticipate was the effect his chemicals and research would have on a human spirit; it trapped her being to this world. Little Beth now lives forever as a ghost and cannot move on. Unwilling to leave her alone, Roaul develops a serum that extends his life as much as is needed to stay with his cursed daughter. He is now over 130 years old and has made many inventions, including a clockwork doll automaton and many chemical advances in science. He lives on for Beth, but he is eternally lonely and sad. He is a very gentle person and can seem kinda out of it often, but is always willing to learn and grow and make something of the life, though sad, that he has.
