No * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A * Would you order from this company again? I plan to, but I will most likely avoid the LE eyes in the future unless Doll Bakery can work out a better business model for that offering. It wasn't immediately clear that I was buying a preorder item - the sale period for these eyes was mostly in-stock items, so I thought mine was in-stock as well. After I realized the preorder nature of my order, I still wasn't expecting a two month wait, as the last pair I preordered took around one month. In the end it turned out fine, just a little more updating might have been nice.
