* What did you order? Yi Feng head * When did you order? 5-5-14 * How was the communication? The comunication went trough a dealer. * How easy was it to pay? yes * How long did it take to ship? about a month * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No. * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? Yes The head that I received was different. So after a close inspection it looked like it was altered. So I made photos for comparison and asked the dealer if Only doll changed the mold. This was their answer: “Only Doll said the original Yifeng head is a little oblique (meaning askew/tilted/asymmetrical), it was adjusted a bit and caused the actual head a little different from the pictures...” Nowhere was this mentioned. Not on the official Only Dolls site and not on any dealers site. Nowhere. I was highly disappointed! I bought the mold for his cute smile that was now altered in pouty lips. Basically, the company uses pictures of the old Yi Feng and don’t mention anywhere that they altered the master. That they alter the mold is okay but I would rather know it beforehand, that the mold is different than the pictures. Because I really thought I received the wrong mold, because this second ‘new’ version of Yi Feng was lacking the smile I fell in love with.. * Would you order from this company again? I am not sure. The other head that I recieved I was very happy with. But after this I will be asking if the master had been altered before I buy it. comparisonshots between the head I recieved and the company pictures. tomer2 by BJDfreak, on Flickr
