      It was 50/50. They usually would answer the email i sent after a few days, but there was one time i had to resend the same message a couple of times before getting a reply and i never received a shipping notice.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      It was easy. Just had to wait for the invoice they send the email address you gave during checkout and pay via paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It did take a while but Legend Doll had to wait for DZ to send the shoes to them first.
      Shipped: ? never got email or tracking number but my package arrived April 12th

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      I had originally order two wigs as well, but they were discontinued. They offered me a refund which i received with no problems.

      Only if i couldn't find the item anywhere else (Which was the case with this order)

      i was seriously surprised cuz im in Australia and anything here takes a month but he only took 7 days! :)

      yes there were a few minor english communication break-downs but to be expected, i had a payment issue with how much i had left on layaway but they refunded me and another issue with faceup where it said on the website includes faceup but in reality it was suppose to say not include. i dont mind though as im going to mod him and get my friend to put a faceup on

      yes! even with all the issues, i love my merman boy hes super silky smooth resin, no seams!!! and i got a free gift of beautiful glass eyes! overall 9/10 for this company! :) they are trying hard to please the overseas market too :)

      Excellent. Almost seemed a little too good, actually. It was like we were texting through e-mail, lol. I'm talking as fast as 15 minutes for some of it. I even requested parts that weren't sold on their website and they ordered them for me. I let them know I had a change of address and it was updated with no problem. I was also sent a shipping notice.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Pretty simple, but I had to initiate payments myself since I was doing layaway.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      I did layaway for three months, and it took an additional 2 months after that.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope! Everything was wrapped with care, and all parts were accounted for.

      Yes for the paypal, however you must calculate the paypal fees on your own. It is not added into the price.

      January 25, after inquiring with Erica about having the sold out hands in stock.
      * How was the communication?
      Pretty great! I emailed about having the hands and received a reply within 24 hours. They have more than one e-mail, though, so if you don't get a response, maybe try an alternate?
      * How easy was it to pay?
      You can use paypal right on the site. I know some pages say something about paypal fees, but I think those are factored into the price they ask you to pay, so don't worry.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      The hands shipped within a few days and I got a tracking number as well. I didn't receive an email but your profile will clearly show the order as shipped and give you the number
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      The hands came in perfect condition! I was worried, but they packaged them really really safely ^^
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      If they had something I wanted to order, definitely! They even included eyes with the order which was really nice of them.

      Excellent, Erica responded to all emails within a day - some within a few minutes

      Easy. I opted for layaway so sent my 40% down payment, then paid the rest off in two installments sent directly to their paypal account.

      Shipped October 7th 2015
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No, everything arrived well packaged and intact

      Yes since they are able to get otherwise difficult to obtain dolls

      Ordered March 15 2016
      * How was the communication?
      Erica replied to all emails very promptly (within the hour, in my experience). I wasn't notified when the package shipped, so it came as a complete surprise when it arrived!
      * How easy was it to pay?
      No hassles, just in and out of Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Not sure when it shipped but I received the package May 2 2016, so about one and a half months.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Everything's great!
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      One of the products I ordered was out of stock so Erica emailed me helpfully suggesting some alternatives in a similar style - I asked for a refund instead and received it promptly.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes! I would note that they mark up quite a bit from the original manufacturers so if you have the option of buying from the original manufacturer that would save some money, but if you're lazy like me and need to buy a variety of items from ten different shops then it's convenient being able to do it through a single vendor.

      And a photo - everything came repackaged neatly!

      Very very large order of outfits, shoes and accessories.

      February 2nd

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent! Erica would reply to me within an hour, and her communication skills is excellent and she's very friendly. I was really happy with the amount of effort Erica put in, she's exceptional.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, I used paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      A few months, I received my package around May 20. It seems like such a long time for clothes order, but one of the manufacturers of the dresses (Asleep Eidolon) had a waiting time of about 3 months for completion. This is noted in the dress's sales page on Legend Doll. (theres an eta for each individual clothing)

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope! Everything came complete, very organised, clean and waterproof packaging. Legend Doll put a lot of effort into packaging and I appreciate that. Everything is individually packaged and labeled. Very pretty.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      N/A

      * Would you order from this company again?
      I definitely would order again and highly recommend ordering from them.

      * How was the communication?
      Okay, until I received my order and discovered a problem. More info below.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, through Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      4 months.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nothing was missing or broken, however the clothes I received were grossly over-sized. It was as though whoever sewed them failed to follow the measurements and sewed everything so big they fit my 65cm doll instead of the intended 45cm one.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      The problem mentioned above which the company handled very poorly. At first, I thought they had sent me the outfit in SD size by mistake but they insisted that the outfit was only made for a 45cm doll. Then when I tried to explain, with photographic proof, that someone obviously messed up making the outfit, they kept insisting that there was nothing wrong. I think I sent four different emails trying to explain and point out the problem was with the measurements of the clothes but they ignored my explanations each time and just kept giving me the same "there's nothing wrong" generic sort of answer. They eventually offered to let me return it but insisted I pay the expensive return shipping because, again, "there's nothing wrong" (when there obviously was). They were pretty quick to reply during this whole ordeal until I finally sent a photo of the clothes on my 65cm doll, making it irrefutable just how poorly sized the clothes were, to which they stopped replying altogether. A few days later, after still having not received a reply, I opened a Paypal dispute. Paypal ended up siding with me and told me to send the clothes back to get my refund. However, my post-office messed up and for whatever reason sent the clothes to me which messed up the tracking number and Paypal stupidly closed the case. I sorted it out with my post-office who supposedly sent the package on it's way so I emailed Legend Doll to let them know and asked them to refund me when they got it. But either the package got lost, or they received it and have refused to refund me because I still don't have my money back. And honestly, I don't expect them to give me my money back like they should anyway after their behavior.

      No, I most certainly will not.

      Granado Uriel and Enoch heads, both in normal skin.

      * When did you order?
      some time in May 2017 (just after Uriel's release, I think).

      * How was the communication?
      Perfect.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Paypal, so - easy as can be.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      They first shipped after about a month, but due to problems with German customs (not LegendDoll's fault! Paperwork was mislaid either by customs or the carrier, and a deadline ran out) so the parcel bounced back. More on that later.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No, everything arrived in top condition.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      Extremely well. Erica was incredibly helpful through the whole chaos. LegendDoll re-shipped without charging extra, to a fellow DoA member who had consented to serve as shipping proxy and sent the parcel on to my place. Like this we were able to get the parcel in with another carrier, and have it processed by local customs instead of the central office, which is a lot more easy-going and a whole lot less mistake-prone.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      By proxy or group order - absolutely. By myself - probably not.
      LegendDoll being based in Japan, I had hoped they'd be a source of Granado sculpts outside China (meaning dolls would actually ship from Japan and go through local customs instead of central), but the heads shipped from China and got stuck in central customs, as they would have had I ordered directly from Granado. LegendDoll's service is outstanding, the issue is not at their end but with German customs which complicates things for parcels from China beyond measure.

The three items were inside plastic bags marked "Legend Doll" which were wrapped in pink tissue paper and tied with ribbon. The bundle of tissue paper and ribbon was sealed inside a cardboard box. It looks like the box was dammaged during shipping but, the items were not.

      Paypal triple charged me, I emailed Legend Doll asking if they had received those extra payments. They were quick in letting me know they had not, so I could go back to PP to get the refunds.

      Yes, though it's not the most efficient way for me to buy dollie stuff!

      * How long did it take to ship? The clothes arrived in November in their office, but due to a postal strike, they had to wait a bit. After a while, I asked if they could ship DHL and they did! Package arrived December 18th.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? One of the outfits actually didn't fit.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? I emailed them and the rep asked for photos of my doll with the clothes showing they didn't fit. I did choose what I thought was the correct size, then they informed me they sent the wrong size and asked for the outfit to be sent back to them. They reimbursed me for the shipping costs. About a week or so later they sent me back the correct size with no extra cost to shipping everything back. I also got a nice pair of eyes for free!
      * Would you order from this company again? Definitely! I already ordered from them again and they gave me a bit of a discount on a doll I just ordered.

      Excellent! Erica always responded promptly and was very helpful!

      Very easy to pay using layaway. Very easy to add eyes to my order and pay.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped within the expected timeframe.

      Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Erica notified me that a pair of eyes I had ordered was defective and asked if I wanted to change it to a different pair.

      If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Excellent communication and alternative offered. The alternative pair would have to be shipped separately so they also offered free shipping for them.

      Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely! My experience has been fantastic and I am very happy!

      Can someone please help me! I just want to know when my baby boy will be here! I was told the middle 10 days of July, but havent gotten any emails, or replies to emails I've sent them, or any changes on my order saying it was shipped. Anyone know anything I can do or who I can contact to find out the information I'm looking for?

      Universe Doll SW-1 body plus extra hands, two wigs, a pair of stockings.
      * When did you order?
      January 2019.

      * How was the communication?
      Easy, they always replied within 24 hours if I had a question. All of it was done by email.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I opted for a layaway payment in three parts, and all I had to do was paypal them the right amount each month. They were very prompt about letting me know when they received the payments.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped in late July, mostly because Universe Doll got backed up with orders and had a problem with their molds. When I asked, Erica informed me what the problem was and also that I might have to wait until September. Thankfully it shipped a little earlier than that.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      The order came without the extra hands, but that's because Universe Doll initially sent the wrong ones. One of the wigs also looked nothing like it did in the pictures, being two-toned light/dark brown instead of a solid dark brown.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Erica informed me that Universe Doll had sent the wrong extra hands. She was very accommodating about asking the company to make the correct ones this time, and upfront that this might take three to four months. I'm quite satisfied with how she handled it, especially since she said she would cover the cost of both the new hands and the shipping.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      I don't think I would buy accessories from them again since I know they just resell from Taobao at a significant markup--I'd rather go straight to Taobao for those. However, since I'm still not brave enough to order dolls directly from Taobao, I would definitely still continue to use Legend Doll to buy dolls in the future. Erica's easy communication and professional service have made for a fantastic experience, even with the little hiccups on Universe Doll's end.

      * How was the communication? Ok, all questions were answered within 72 hours. In the beginning of June, Erica informed me that the doll was ready to be shipped and informed me that she will ship within 5 days. However, it was discovered that the doll didn't have a faceup.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy via Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? I never received a shipping notification but the shipping box states that the doll was shipped on July 15th so the wait was a little over 8 months from the time I placed the order.

      * How was the communication? I first made an enquiry on their website if the outfit I wanted was still in stock as it was an older item. Within 24 hours I had a response. After ordering, I received an
      email within 24 hours stating it would take around 3 weeks for delivery after the items were made/order sent to Amors doll. I didn't get a notice for shipping, it just arrived at my door last week.

The wigs I got were very pricey, specially styled, and I couldn't find anyone else who got them before so I couldn't ask for a review and was scared not knowing how they would turn out. They are amazing and were shipped perfectly packaged.

      I definitely would as they have items from many dealers impossible to find anywhere else. I actually will buy from them again.

      Shipping has been pretty fast in all my orders, first one took bit over a month and half which I think is excellent for a doll with faceup, second was in-stock doll so he too arrived almost immediately. Third set took bit longer since few items in it took weeks to produce but that too was received. Fourth one shipped January 4th (so in under 2 weeks!) and left China on the 9th and since then I don't know where it is anymore since there hasn't been any updates. Maybe it'll arrive next week? ^^; edit: during April we agreed that the package has been lost during the transfer and they resent the items some weeks later. Problem is that they sent it to France instead of Finland at first, when I noted that the tracking said it's headed to France I wrote to ask what's going on and they said they must have gotten the address wrong so they requested the package to be sent back to them and some weeks later I finally received it, phew. So it took a good while but in the end all is fine.

      For the first two everything was alright, I'm a dumbass and had ordered wrong sized wig but that was my fault + when I bought a model delf head later it turned out the wig fits him perfectly so it'll be used anyway so all good regarding that. That said, for the third order, that one was missing their 1USD eyes, I mean, they're literally worth $1 so basically a freebie, but it was still a bummer since I like ordering those every time I order since you never know what you'll get and it's fun to have little surprise in the package too. Edit: as agreed the fourth package contained the missing eyes.

      When I contacted them about the missing eyes and asked if they could be included in my next order they agreed so hopefully I'll get them with order 4 then. Edit: I received them, yay!

      Yeah, I've been happy with their service and aside of the missing eye pair I have no complains.... or well, maybe just one complain; after my third order was sent out and I was notified of that, few days later I got another notification that they've sent my order wishing I "enjoy the suit" I hadn't ordered a suit? Confused I slapped the tracking code to 17track and confirmed that the package definitely wasn't coming to me as it was heading to U.S and I live in Finland. I replied to their mail saying I haven't ordered a suit and that it's not my package so they must have gotten the order number wrong but they insisted that it definitely is my order and that it's not a suit and they're sorry they said suit. I tried wording it differently since the suit part wasn't the problem but the fact that it was someone else's order but they still insisted that it's my order and I gave up, the language barrier between us was probably to blame. I hope that whoever was the recipient for that other package got it in the end, maybe they even were pleasantly surprised that it arrived without a note about being sent or something. ^^; overall: while I've had problems with them they do carry a lot of items I want to buy and all the problems so far have been resolved so I plan to keep using them.

      One of the other things I bought was a hairband advertised for yosd. The listing didn't mention any measurements. It didn't fit my 1/6 LittleFee or even my 1/8 PukiFee's head. The band wasn't at all elastic or flexible. My fault for buying something that didn't list measurements.

I ended up placing another order for two different outfits and a wig, and one of the outfits and the wig ended up being out of stock as well. I enquired about yet another outfit, only to be told that that one was out of stock as well. So even though the seller was really polite and tried to be helpful in finding different items, it was a bit frustrating to find out that so many of the items they’re selling are apparently already out of stock.

      I would, but this time I would hold off on making any purchases based on outfits/items on this website until I actually receive my order lol.

And I was contacted again on 7 April with the tracking number for my package and they had already shipped it out by then.

      About four months, well within expected wait times for AE Doll. The Coa states the doll was made in August and she was sent on the first of September, so shipping was fairly prompt once she was ready.

      Nope, everything was fine. Well packed. The outer box had bubble wrap around it, even.

      Not Legend Doll's fault, but the doll was rejected by Chinese customs the first time she was sent. Legend Doll promply sent her off again and we had a nice conversation about the recent customs changes in the EU. So the problem was handled very well.

I felt bad but since the package didn't update and on the tracking still looked like it was in China I went through with the claim and got my money back.

I sent the money immediately, and was then told the next day when I asked for the tracking number that the package would not be ready for 4-6 more weeks.
      When I showed them their email saying otherwise, they then went silent for a week before reappearing and saying they were sick and hadn't shipped the package. Then silence for another week and then they gave me a tracking number which didn't work. More days passed before I got a reply and a new tracking number which worked after a few more days. After all the contradictions and excuses, it ended up being January when I got the delivery finally.

      Order B: I wanted some items that were on the AS website but not on Legend Doll. Erica helped me total them up, as well as created listings for most of the items to make it easy for me to check out, and told me I could pay for the hand blushing using the 1USD page. I did a layaway for this order and Erica was very patient in helping me navigate that and confirmed all my payments received as well as the approximate wait times after my last payment.

      Order C: I originally ordered a Kon'D outfit along with the SW& shoes, but the outfit was out of stock. Erica reached out after taking some time to find similar looking outfits that were the same price and size as what I ordered, to replace the one that wasn't available. She also checked exact sizing for me when I asked because my doll is very curvy, and eventually I decided to get an outfit for another doll of mine instead. Erica was very patient while I was being a little wishy-washy about the replacement outfit. The outfit I ended up choosing was a little more expensive, and I asked to add a pair of shoes and another AS stand for my bigger doll. Erica made the adjustments swiftly and calculated the difference for me. And she honored the free shipping promo for my adjusted order, which I thought was very thoughtful.
      Other dealers I have ordered from before would have just partially cancelled my order and make me eat extra shipping costs for my replacement items, so I really appreciate all these extra efforts :cheer

      In the order was one wig that had a production time of 3-4 weeks. At the end of july I asked if the order could be expected to ship soon, and was told it would take another 3 weeks. I contacted them again in early september asking for news, and was told it would be at least three more weeks. they eventually admitted they were having issues getting that wig. I asked for the wig to be refunded, and the rest of the orders sent. Legenddoll offered to give me a coupon for 40 dollars (the wig was 38), which I agreed to.
      When I went to check the coupon on the site after a while, I discovered that 1. it was only valid on orders over 200$ and 2. it was only valid for 90 days. Which meant I had to spend even more money with them, or be at a total loss. Not only that, but I had to do it fast. Nowhere in the mails I exchanged with them was this mentioned.

      I made another order to use that coupon, for a body I did want to get in the future. Although I'd had previous positive experience with them, once that order is finished, I will avoid buying through legenddoll again if at all possible.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? No problems. One thing I gave Erica feedback on after receiving the doll is that the UniUni delivery service did not ask for a signature, and just left the parcel on my porch. I was looking out for it, and grabbed quickly, but if I had not been watching, it could have been stolen. Erica suggested I request a different type shipping next time - DHL, which asks for a signature.

      Fairy Castle had a sale last year so I bought two dolls.

      Initially yes. Erica answered my emails quickly.

      Very easy. I had purchased through Legend Doll several times before through PayPal.

      Early January of 2026.

      Yes. Legend Doll ordered the wrong body type, bust size, and resin color for both dolls. Went I sent an email about my order to Erica I never got a response. I had to send a second email about another order and slipped in that email my order was wrong for this order. All I was told was, "yes we confirmed that the skin color was wrong, we should have told you". That's it.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      I will never order from Legend Doll again. I thought that by ordering through a dealer problems with artists/companies would be easier to resolve due to language barriers. Now I know that when a problem arises I will get no support and a non-apology.
