And continuing from the last thread Dante Rommel, you can always use Kelly (or Shelly in the UK) clothes. There's a male counterpart called Tommy that has some clothes that will fit. You can buy them quite cheaply on eBay. Then there's always Etsy as well which is quite reasonable, although it's handmade clothes so it'll be a little more expensive

 

Spool is happy to be on the new thread Though it's usually thread on the spool but...

 

Recently I bought new official Fairyland hands for my pukipuki sugar. But they were to small fo rmy pukipuki.
The hands did fit on the pukipuki in the shop. The shop owner was kind enough to refund the money.

My pukipuki is from 2008 and the pukipuki from the shop was from 2011. The hands were also from 2011. So it seems the hands got smaller over the years.

Anyone else experienced the same problem?

 

Hello everyone! I'm new to the thread and thought I'd stop by. All the puki's I've seen so far are so adorable! I don't have a puki yet, but I am in the process of getting one. She's on layaway from a member here on DOA. She is also a puki Rose, I thought she was so cute and adorable I just had to have her! I am just about half way finish of paying her off. I can't wait till she here!

 

saya-neko-nyu That is so exciting! I bet you can't wait to get her. I need to clear out some of my things and save up my money but I'm definitely looking to expanding my Puki-family, especially as I only have one BJD now!

saya-neko-nyu I've just sold her only other BJD companion as I'm moving out of my parents' home next month and the job market is looking bleak (at least this means I have an excuse to make stuff to sell ). I don't know if I want a Pong or another cutie to go with my Piki. I feel like I need some hyperactivity!

HananatheBanana, we ordered them in early April from Denver Doll Emporium, so we're hoping they will come soon! We can't wait, since they will be our first PukiPukis(which all are way too adorable)!

Darkwind love the new duds. Your Marvin does have red hair. My Piki has blond hair. 99% of my dolls have blond hair and blue eyes.

I have a Pukipuki Kanu (will be a girl) called Mim on the way from Think Pink in The Netherlands...already have wigs, clothes and shoes for her....

 

Thanks for the relaxation spam. I did a lot better than I thought I was going to and got the grade I wanted So many cute Pukis have been posted! I'll have to comment individually tomorrow as I'm on my phone now but gah I want another puki!!!

I agree. I put Wiishu and Pooki "to bed" every night just to enjoy their little sleepy faces. (And get some sleep myself. When awake, I'm always wondering what the pookster is up to!)

Vindalootoo I think the little tent is made of some type of rubbery vinyl-it is flexible. I don't know how it would take paint.

 

I don't why it takes me so many days to realize a thread's been closed!

lindasews, I am forced to ask where you found your little wooden mushrooms!!!! I've been looking all over for tiny mushrooms for my fairy house and can't find any anywhere! It's making me nutty. Yours are just the perfect size. I'm needing at least a dozen or two. I'd rather not make them from clay, I like the wooden ones.

Dancecat I got them at Hobby Lobby. They didn't last long. They had them this past winter and went back to get more and poof they were all gone and they didn't restock. Check yours and maybe they have some.

Went to Amelia day Yesterday and had a blast. Nancy's husband is a professional wood worker. He made some of this stuff for us and we completed it. We added leaves to the trees, wire to the hula hoop and swing, made the wagon from a match box, made a hat to go with an outfit we got but not on the dolls yet, made the hopscotch game. It was so much fun. Here is all my loot as a backyard with my tinies.

Thanks linda, but the closest Hobby Lobby is approximately an hour and a half drive so I've never been to it. We have A.C. Moore and Michaels and they don't have them. Actually, they both cut down a large amount of their wood items, much to my disappointment.

Hey there, do these little cuties wear 4-5 size wigs?

 

3-4, 4-5 is much too loose.

 

Yeah, I even have an "RD4" which is too big. Actually, anything I've tried that isn't a mohair wig specifically/custom made for them has been too big. I have to use rubber-bands or silicone caps underneath to hold them on and still they're a pain!
