americonedream I think the reason is that the PukiFee Pukisha never was released as a doll - only a face-plate. The Pukisha and the Hamster was original event plates (They came with the first fullsets) and then Fairyland decided to release them as parts. I still thing Fairyland ought to have made them available in tan and with a body.

If you need/want a shot without wigs let me know! I'm happy to take one for you. I have Bonnies, an Ante and a Pio and although my Bonnie girl is my favourite, Pio follows very closely behind - it's not a hugely common sculpt but it is soooo adorable!

 

Trying to decide who to get...I will probably get Vanilla, but the thought of a tan Cupid makes me all happy. Hmmmmmm

*Edit...I went with Vanilla, since I didn't have her yet. I figured if I change my mind, I'll just order a tan Cupid through DDE later.

Now we settle in for a long summer's wait....

 

DDE says this on their a-la-carte order page... "Skin Color: Natural, Beautiful White or TAN + $25 (Tan only until Aug. 31st, 2013)"

Does that mean a la carte will continue after August 31st? And that just the Tan color is limited? *confused*

I REALLY want a tan PukiFee, but I can't decide which one I want! >< I'm thinking that I'd love to have either an Ante, Luna, or Vanilla... But I can't decide which one I like better! ;O; I can't afford her yet, but I already have two names in mind for her: Olivia or Emily. GAH! xD

Ahhhh Bonnie she's super cute! Where did you get the little wheelchair if you don't mind me asking? It is perfect!

 

I think it just means that the tan/ALC is only until the 31st. Pukifee bodies are gender neutral unlike LTFs so after the 31st it will just go back to being able to choose between white skin and normal skin just like always. Really, Fairyland's page is what is most important.

 

Sorry brannagh,I knew there was another shiwoo girl, but couldn't remember her name. she, of course just helps us prove how cute shiwoo girls are!

As for the wheel chair it is a 1:6 scale WWF action figure wheelchair. The foot rests are too low unless she wears shoes , but with shoes on the scale is perfect and the detail is very realistic! I've wanted one for ages and happened on this one. I just need to paint over the WWF logo on the seat back, but since covey wants the seats to be purple, that isn't a problem.

Edit: forgot to say I got mine on eBay 'cause that was the only place that would ship up here. If you live in the states there are a lot of places that sell them with cheaper shipping.

 

Mim says she really needs a tan cousin. Sadly she will have to wait until August...

My heart is screaming for a tan Ante, but I already have a NS and WS Ante, and I think I need to venture into other sculpts haha. I had been wanting a Zoe, but I am sooooo tempted to get Bonnie too. Ack! It is SO hard, and being for a limited time I am suddenly finding it slightly stressful trying to decide what to do hahaha.

 

Can you ever have enough Antes?

 

Probably not. I'd happily have 5. But I think since i know I won't be adopting more than 1 or MAYBE 2 more PKF one day, I shouldn't JUST have Ante. They have so many gorgeous sculpts!! But maybe Ante.... maybe...hahaha

Aww thanks so much for all the nice comments about Pocca and her new clothes! Ive been wanting soe pale yellow clothes for Pocca for quite some time now but I never got around to actually purchase any. Glad she got a pale yellow outfit now, it's really adorable!

I don't think I ever posted my newest boy. I got him as a Christmas/Birthday gift. He still doesn't have a name and I don't know who he is except a troublemaker. lol

Jaemys and Zinnia are a little unsure of him.




As for the tanned pukifee, I'd love one, but the ones I currently have planned I don't think can be tan. Plus, I'm still working on a layaway with DDE, so nothing can be started until after that's done with.

 

auntbear - I am dying over your motorized wheelchair! Where ever did you find something so adorable? I use a motorized wheelchair and yours reminds me of my first wheelchair at age 4. Too cute!

 

I think I've decided to get a tan Luna~ She wasn't planned for a long while, but it looks like my plans mean nothing when it comes to dolls! xD She's going to be my incoming MNF Celine's daughter! Her name is Olivia Amelie, but that's about all I know about her! I'll have fun picking out eye and wig colours for her~ I've also never painted a tan resin doll before, so I'm pretty excited to get TWO of them! (Celine's getting a home-tan~)

I'll have to wait a bit before ordering her since I just bought Celine and two Moe bodies, but soon I'll have a SECOND PukiFee! Oh no, they're going to start multiplying like crazy now, aren't they?! xD (I need more PKF things!)

 

As soon as you have a second PKF it won't be long until the third moves in

i got mine off e*ay 'cause it was the only one i could find that would ship up here but here and here are a couple of links to ones you can get in the states. i don't see the blue ones right now but the only difference is color and you could always paint them.

one of my sons uses a wheelchair when we are out and the younger one used to so i have wanted to do a doll in a wheelchair for ages! now if i could just find a littlefee sized chair....

Well, it looks like my little Olivia is coming home! xD I talked to my fiance about it and he said I should go ahead and order her, so I put a Tan Luna on layaway with DDE. I'm so excited! I think this is going to be the most active I've been with purchasing dolls since I started the hobby, but this will probably be it for a while! xD

 

Allstar thank you! I painted him probably within his first two hours of being home! His shirt is a Heavily modified barbie/ken top from when I was like...5? ( egads like 19 years old )

 

and that's soooooo true!!

I am sooooo tempted by the idea of a tan Bonnie boy which is utterly ridiculous as I have 3 Bonnies already and Cadi (my hometan) is a total tomboy anyway. I might have to find another sculpt to turn in into a boy not that I can really justify another pukifee.

I temporarily had a Bonnie boy while waiting for Cadi to be tanned and he was awfully cute....

I just placed an order for a tan Pukifee Mio. *yay* I'm quite excited! Can't wait to see how the tan skin looks like .

 

Bryani wasn't quite tall enough so her wonderful big brother Draven came to help!

 

I would love a tan ante but sadly no dolly funds at moment. I have been neglecting my puki's recently I must take some photos later.

 

luckily dovey was my first bonnie, because my tan bonnie HAS to be a boy, that's the one i fell in love with, though if i could afford two, a girl like cadi is sooo tempting!
maybe you could get some competition for aoife and get her and aedan a tan zoe half brother or cousin?

I am heavily debating which Pukifees I should order in tan besides Luna. She can't be my only tan Pukifee...

 

i know. dovey was supposed to be my last pukifee, but then she was also supposed to be "noni" a character i lost when my ws ante got reshelled into wisp. now that dove has announced that she is dove, not noni i think i am going to try one more time and get a tan ante before the tans disappear. it seems like that is the only sculpt that will work and that will give me two tans. that will have to do unless this sale goes well enough that fairyland makes tan a permanent option...
