Feedback for K-doll

* How was the communication?
Very good. I got an order confirmation and a notice with the estimated shipping date shortly before the head shipped, asking if there was a change of address. And finally shipping notice with tracking no.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy via Paypal.
* How long did it take to ship?
12 days.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
No.
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
N/A
* Would you order from this company again?
Absolutely!

 

This is my first experience with K-doll. I fell in love with KeiKei's Sculpt at first sight and attempted the following~

* How was the communication?
I had problems creating an account and ordering from k-doll.
I tried with various browsers and emails but kept having an korean error message pop up on either attempts.

However, I did manage to contact the seller via email and ordered from there.
As for that, I had no issues, & later received an invoice for my purchase on 21st Jan.
I got my shipping notice at the time it was projected to be shipped.

* How easy was it to pay?
It was easy, paid via Paypal

* How long did it take to ship?
It got shipped on the 29th Jan, received it on the 3rd Feb.
So it took around 5 days?

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
Nope there was no issues regarding to that. But I had an issue regarding the head cap... There was a large gap and there seemed to be a sanding problem..


* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
I sent them my enquiry asking if it was normal and they explained to me why it was so...

* Would you order from this company again?
It depends... >< I will have to see if there is another sculpt which draws me like KeiKei..

Pro points: I liked their certificate alot. It's really nice ~
& the sculpt excluding that little "flaw" is lovely..

Neg points: Would be the unexpected "flaw" I found I guess?
I'm still very new to this hobby (owns a total of 1 doll, lol), so I don't know if stuff like that is common but I was really surprised and felt a little disappointed...

But overall, an ok experience~ ^^
