* What did you order?
I ordered twice for a total of 3 Size 6-7 wigs. In my first order, I ordered 2 wigs. I did not like the wig I ordered, and loved the wrong wig. I loved my third wig as well.

* When did you order?
April 2013, November 2013

* How was the communication?
There were no email confirmations for my orders. When I had a problem with my order, they were quick to reply.

* How easy was it to pay?
Payment was easy on the website.

* How long did it take to ship?
I received my wigs approximately 6 days after I placed my order.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, these are the highest quality wigs I have handled in my 7 years of BJD ownership.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The photos are definitely photoshopped - I recommend going by the 'user pictures' on the site.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Very much so.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes, I can't wait for more natural-colored wigs to be available.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
Yes.
