Feedback for Ninodoll (visavis for Ninodoll)

* What did you order? Bada (head only + faceup)
* When did you order? February 2013
* How was the communication? Good- simple, and no fuss.
* How easy was it to pay? Easy, using paypal.
* How long did it take to ship? About 1 month from payment to shipping notification, about 5 days for shipping (public holiday here delayed it)
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I'm still a total noob, so I'm not sure comparitively, but I thought it was reasonable!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Not the same, but similar (sales pictures were also faceupped, and mine was slightly different to that in sales pics, but similar enough!)
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? No problems at all!
* Would you order from this company again? Absolutely. I'd love to order a few of the Badas, so that I can have them all faceupped differently!
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Depending on the condition (yellowing etc).
