    2. * What did you order? Thunder boy in NS, girl body in NS, Wind girl in WS, waiting on Lightning girl in NS and jointed feet in NS.
      * When did you order?Several different times. I made multiple orders.
      * How was the communication? Excellent. Whoever writes the emails has above-average English, too.
      * How easy was it to pay? Extremely. Some people have problems with adding shipping fees on the site, but I never did. Lightning I ordered via email and they sent me an invoice immediately. Just remember time zone differences when you email with them.
      * How long did it take to ship?1st 2 dolls arrived in 8 days. Second doll, Wind, took about 3 weeks. Lightning will have taken about the same, 3-4 weeks.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope. In fact, they added a free left foot for my Thunder boy when I requested it of them.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? No problems with any of my orders.
      * Would you order from this company again? Oh YES! They now offer TAN and other colors! I will be ordering more with my tax returns and before this current special is over. I am very impressed with MiroDoll.
       
    3. I ordered 2 SD female bodies and 1 SD male body on 12-20-12. The entire procedure took less than 2 weeks. For the price, the bodies are beautiful, and I am very happy with them. I would order from them again. They are friendly and the communication was excellent. I just wanted to let anyone who was curious know what a happy experience I had with Miro doll.

      Exceptional. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, took pictures of dolls for me, and kept me updated at every stage. Best of all, Wind was not originally available in their sale, and when I asked about her, they created a sales page for me. Incredibly good customer service all around.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      The shipping charge was missing from the order form, but they invoiced me the next day and the amount as the same- and very low - as their shipping estimator.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Pretty much exactly a month.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      Everything was perfect.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, I will! I'm already planning to. The doll is beautiful and very well made and finished, her faceup is pretty, professionally done and even has eyelashes applied - for $10! At full price she would be incredibly inexpensive for her quality, and at the price I paid - just over a hundred dollars for a 1/3 girl - is jaw-dropping. I love her, and the customer service was amazing. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and I wish them every success.

      * How was the communication? Wonderful! They were incredibly polite, and the English was very good.
      * How easy was it to pay? Extremely easy. They took Paypal -- furthermore, they accepted payment from my boyfriend's Paypal, which is in a different country than the shipping address.
      * How long did it take to ship? They shipped VERY fast -- I received confirmation that the doll was shipped on May 17, and she arrived on May 20 via FedEx, a full three days before the estimated arrival!
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope. She was very well packed, and came in a cute little green carrying bag.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A

      * Would you order from this company again?: if the girl-to-boy mod on my SD body goes well I will likely turn around right away and order an MSD female body from mirodoll to preform the same mod on!

      Fabulous, I usually got a well written reply within hours of my sending an email.

      Less than a week! I couldn't believe it. I ordered on Sunday, was told they would probably ship 7 days later, but he came that Friday! So at least a week and a half earlier than expected.

      None.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No problems at all.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      No....because I have too many dolls already XD, but yeah, I would, in a heartbeat.

      * How was the communication? I got my order confirmation and payment receipt emails immediately. Since I had no problems or special questions, I didn't need to communicate past that.
      * How easy was it to pay? Super-easy! The shipping was added on right in my cart, I paid with Paypal, and I was done. I didn't even have to wait for an invoice.
      * How long did it take to ship? My doll body was delivered to my house only 8 days after I placed my order. I'd been prepared for a bit of a wait, so I was actually shocked at how fast it was!
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No--- I only ordered one item, but it was in perfect condition.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A--- this was a completely hassle-free transaction.
      * Would you order from this company again? Definitely--- I am planning to. Mirodoll gave me a great first BJD buying experience, and I am really happy with them and their product.

      Excellent. I got an order confirmation, and a shipping notice with tracking and a photo of the box. The emails were friendly and informative, with perfect English.

      * How long did it take to ship? I ordered on the 6th, the doll shipped on the 13th, and she's sitting on the couch with me on the 17th :) Lightning fast, pretty much.

      Nope, everything was fine. The doll was really clean, too. No weird smudges.

      Definitely! The quality is outstanding for the price. The resin feels nice, and there are no seam lines. She stood right out of the box, too. Some of the joints are a little blocky, but again, considering the price, this is a really nice body. I'm really happy, and plan to order more bodies from Miro Doll.

      * How was the communication? At the beginning it was great, they answered me in an hour. But after a few weeks I started to ask about my order and they barely answered me. I've waited 8-10 days for one single answer.

      * How long did it take to ship? almost two months. I asked them before I placed the order about the shipping time and they said it's 10 days.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? They sent me two right high heeled foot, I asked for replacement, they stated they will ship it asap, but I'm waiting for them to be shipped since then. They don't answer me anymore.

      Not very long at all! It arrived at my house on August 12, which means it arrived in under two weeks!
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No, everything was in order! In fact, they added a few items to my order for free! I received a free wig, necklaces and brown boots for my doll.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      There were absolutely no problems with this order, which was a relief after the never ending problems I seemed to have with LUTS.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      I definitely might! They have loads of cheap options which are too good to resist!

      * How was the communication? Great, besides some unanswered e-mail, but no worries.

      * How long did it take to ship? A bit sad on this since basing on other feedbacks, some got theirs in a few days, I got mine a few days after a month. It arrived 10-13-14. But according to them, it was because I had mine with faceup.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No, they even sent a free random wig and eyes with the order, which is neat.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? None, actually. I even updated them I got the item already and they seem to be just as happy as I am.

      * How long did it take to ship? shipped one week later, arrived a week after that. (shipped EMS, tho Mirodoll website said it would be DHL.

    20. * What did you order? Rain boy in a 68 cm body in grey skin (was in stock, only one available) Due to spring festival promotion I was able to get one 1/3 free head in the same body color so I asked for a Thunder's head.
      * When did you order? February 7th, 2015. Thunder's head needed to be casted and sanded, but they did it the day after my payment was received.
      * How was the communication? Great! I made a lot of questions regarding their dolls before placing my order by email and they always provided a response within the next 15-24 hours. The person in charge of email has a very good level of English
      * How easy was it to pay? Super easy, they sent me a paypal invoice
      * How long did it take to ship? About 2-3 days after Thunder's head was casted, because I asked for pics before shipping and they waited for my confirmation that everything was ok before sending the parcel to me. The parcel arrived 4 business days after they shipped it, woah!
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? One of my boys right's finger arrived broken, surely because of the shipping process :( however I notified Mirodoll about it and they kindly casted and sent me another pair of hands free of charge, yes! They sent them by air mail so I'm patiently waiting for them.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? As I mentioned above, Mirodoll sent me another pair of hands free of charge :)
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes! The price is very affordable and they always have promotions. Their customer service is very kind, they deliver quick responses and I really like the sculpts they have. This was my first bjd and I'm very happy of having buying him with them. The doll seems good quality, sturdy, the details on Rain's and Thunder's head are beautiful, I love my boy!

    21. * What did you order? 60cm small bust Annie in ns, extra heel feet, some extra string, a string puller, and an extra green bag. I also got a free 1/4 head with my order, and I chose Lili.
      * When did you order? 11/28
      * How was the communication? Very, very good. I asked what the default bust size was, and if they could do small if it wasn't default, and they responded very quickly saying they could. They also asked me right after I ordered what I wanted my free head to be, and were very polite and prompt, as well as receptive to my communication.
      * How easy was it to pay? I don't remember it being any hassle.
      * How long did it take to ship? It shipped out 12/15, and arrived today, 12/22. That's less than a month from the initial order, which I was told to expect, but was still impressed with.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? One small thing: one of the 1/4 head's magnets had come out, but that's such an easy fix that I'm not bothered. Everything else was intact. I don't think the extra cushion bag hurt that outcome. :)

In the beginning I had to pay for the doll separately from the color matching, and at around a month or so into the waiting period, I emailed mirodoll to make sure they had received my funds and added them to the right account. I got an email saying that they had, and that they were sorry for the delay and would send my order within the week. I was happy, if confused, because I didn't know if my doll was done and ready to be shipped, or they hadn't sent the order to be placed. I waited for another month, pinged them again to make sure everything was okay. Got another email apologizing for a delay in sending my order. I still didn't know what they meant, but when the body I ordered showed up today, I'm guessing they meant they kept forgetting to ship my doll for almost two months... They also stained the inside of the headcap I sent them with some red stuff. Not sure how they'd fix that, so I don't think I'll be mentioning it to them.
      * Would you order from this company again? I mean, I got what I paid for, as this body was pretty cheap and their communication is pretty great, but I don't think I would order from them again. How do you forget to send a customer's order for two months?

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? The burnt sugar chest was no where near a match but I think they figured that so they sent a free body as a gift. They are also going to make me another one and mail it to me with my next order.

      It was quickly resolved in an hour. I think the company was not at fault though, since technically it was a delivery error with DHL (since the recipient was not under my name, the delivery got refused by security at my workplace. DHL handled it by calling their HK counterpart to verify my authenticity as the original owner, since I had the tracking number and all. It was immediately re-delivered to me soon after.)

      I asked for replacement hands, and the company contacted me quickly. While I had to ask them once about when the hands would be shipped, Miro Doll replied quickly, the hands did ship and arrived about a week later. Neither of the new hands were broken!

      Heck yes!

      Two heads without face-ups (Rain in normal yellow, Lili in normal), and a few small things (pair of shoes, magic eraser, brush set for doing face-ups).

      Great! I emailed them a couple of times with questions, and got answers within 24 hours, and they were always super friendly and helpful.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      So easy!!! They take PayPal, which meant it was quick, simple, and stress-free.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      I ordered 6/1 and it shipped 7/16, so that's a little over six weeks. Not bad at all! Plus, the shipping was RIDICULOUSLY fast. As in, they shipped 7/16, and I had my doll heads in hand on 7/18. Two days!
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      One pair of shoes were out of stock, but they sent me a free pair (same size, similar style) in their place, plus are going to send me the shoes I ordered as soon as they are back in stock again. They also sent me a free Yaya head! Nothing was broken because everything was packed very well. I've heard people mention a strong resin smell from their dolls, and I did notice a bit of a resin smell when I first opened the box, but by the next day, that smell seemed to be gone, so I didn't really have a problem with that.

      There weren't any problems! Well, except back-ordered shoes, but as I already noted, they handled that wonderfully!

      Um, I already did! So in other words, that's a yes! I'm just really impressed with their quality, price, customer service, sweet free bonus items, and shipping. I don't have anything bad to say at all!

      Nope! All the items were intact with no major issues.

      Whenever I messaged them, they replied really quickly! When I made the order I didn't get any confirmation email and if I hadn't of messaged, I wouldn't have heard anything until she was shipped. As a first time bjd buyer, that made me kind of nervous. However, when I emailed to check my order was okay, I got a speedy reply.

      Super easy. Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Once she was ready, it took only three days for DHL to ship it. The doll reached the country by 27th-28th of Feb.

      Nothing missing, nothing broken!

      The doll came perfectly intact but the sanding on it was not done very well. She has little scratches from the sanding all over her body. But it should be easy enough to fix so I'm fine with it.

      None really! Just took a little while!

      Yes I would. He isn't as difficult to make stand as people seem to be saying, but there are very specific positions he has to be in to stay up. I currently don't have any clothes for him, oops! He seems to hold his pose very well, aside from standing which takes gentle finessing.

      * When did you order? Ordered-November 15 2017 Arrived- January 19, 2018
      * How was the communication? They sent me a confirmation email when purchased and emailed me when shipped. No other communication was necessary.
      * How easy was it to pay? Paypal so very easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? 9 weeks from purchase date. It took 5 days to ship to me.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No. But the doll and the heeled feet came in different colors. The doll came in a pinkish color and the feet were a yellow color, but both were ordered as NS classic. She does have a tiny green dot on one knee and three tiny black dots or her feet..
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? Not sure if I am going to email them or not about the color differences.
      * Would you order from this company again? I have another doll from them on her way to me now, but, after I get her, I don't think so.

      * How was the communication? to be brutally honest pretty awful. both times I never got an email confirming the order, though their website did say the order was being processed. both times I ended up emailing them a month after the order because I wasn't even sure they were working on it, both times they shipped within a few days after. second body I had MAJOR issues with the doll itself and they have been really awful about getting it fixed, more on that later..

      * How long did it take to ship? both took about a month but only shipped after I asked about the order's status.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? first order was fine, second has been an absolute disaster. the doll came covered in several black and blue marks and stains and with 2 fingers broken, as well as a blob of resin on one of the feet.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? ok so I emailed 4 times about the issues with the second order, took almost 2 weeks and a gallery of photos to get them to even reply. they said they will replace the hand but basically told me "sucks to be you LOL use a magic eraser" when it came to the marks. it has been over a month and I still haven't heard back about the replacement hands.
      * Would you order from this company again? absolutely 100% NEVER again. I will buy them secondhand if I decide I want another of these bodies but I doubt that.
      I hate to be so negative but I have never been treated so terribly. mirodoll used to be pretty good but now they've become a company I will avoid like the plague.
