* What did you order? One Drazen head one Sasha HOE head

* When did you order? 27/04/2014

* How was the communication? Quick, fast, friendly. She also check with DHL for shipping fee to my country, Italy.

* How easy was it to pay? The easiest possible: Paypal

* How long did it take to ship? Just two days, i got shipping notice on 28/04/2014

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?All was smooth and easy, i just dropped a message to check with her with actual shipping fee, i've also made two separate order and she was so kind to combine shipping for me

* Would you order from this company again? That's for sure! This purchase was the best for me in almost 7 years that i'm into bjd hobby!

 

I won Freakstyle Salomé in DOA Couture Contest: Decades of Fashion.
Silk sent the doll quickly and I received Salomé within 5 days. She was well packed.
Communication with Silk was also very good.
I can only recommend Freakstyle.

* How long did it take to ship? About three weeks, BUT I had bought him on layaway. He was shipped with a couple of days of my final payment.

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? I wanted to change resin color when the dolls had already been ordered, but that was no problem and I was able to change to the color that I wanted.

I ordered another skin colour that I actually got but there would have been the option of waiting untill I'd get the supposed skin colour but I was offered another option which I took to get the doll earlier. Communication was easy on the subject.
