I ordered a Roserindoll Amy #4!

July 26th, 2018!

* How was the communication?
Communication was excellent! I ordered directly from the company, and it being a rather small one, I assume it was the artist themself who I have been communicating with. Communication took place on the Q and A section of the company page, and replies were very fast! I appreciated this because this was my first time ever ordering a doll so I had a lot of questions regarding payment.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy! I paid through paypal, and it was my first time paying with the service!

* How long did it take to ship?
My doll was shipped out about 3 days after I payed for everything in full, and arrived to me about 1 week later on August 4th 2018!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, it definitely was! Such care was taken to all the details of my doll. The faceup looked really beautiful on the website but was amazing in person! My doll was fullset and her dress and bonnet were all handmade. The eyes she came with suited her color palette and she was very very sturdy. She's an amazing doll, and my very first one. For the price I paid, my Roserindoll AMy was definitely worth every cent!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes! She looked exactly how she does in the sales photos but she looked way better in real life!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I am! Extremely so! I highly recommend this small company to anyone looking fora beautiful doll to take home!

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I was definitely satisfied!

Yes! Most definitely!
