After spending his unhappy childhood on the road, Casper decided to not allow his little sister, Evie, to befall the same fate and took her in. She wanted to take horseback riding lessons so he took her every week to the Blue Mountain Stables B&B for lessons. This led to Casper becoming the head chef at the bed and breakfast and falling in love with Arabella. You can usually find him in the kitchen, spending time with Evie, or wrapped around Bella.
