Name: Edwina Rosier
Nickname: Edie (pronounced EE-dee)

Personality: Edie is pure tomboy, although she does like cute clothes, her sense of style is...well, let's just say it isn't. Except when her twin sister picks out her clothes for her. She and Sabrina are very different, and sometimes fight like any other siblings, but at heart they are very close to each other. Edie is usually in the center of whatever ruckus is going on. However, she has a crush on Sebastian.
History: The Rosiers are a very old, very rich family from Providence, RI. But there is a reason for that wealth and the twins' family wants to shelter them from that. At least until they're old enough...

Edwina means "Wealthy friend". Rosier is "Where the roses grow".

Personality: Bree is rather different from her sister. Edwina is rambunctious, while Bree hides her insecurity behind a wall of femininity and sarcasm. She can be a bit catty, although she does love her twin very much. She also has her eye on Sebastian, and he rather likes her as well. Bree is trying not to let that get in between her and her sister. She doesn't much care for Edwina's friendship with some of the more wild boys, but knows better than to say anything. She figures Edie will outgrow it.
History: There are secrets in the Rosier family and Sabrina has stumbled across a few of them. She's a bit scared of her parents and is happy that she and her sister were sent away to school. Edwina has little idea about what is really going on at the Rosier estate, and Sabrina would rather wait to tell her, since Edie seems so carefree.

Sabrina means "From the border". Rosier is "where the roses grow".

Personality: Georgiana is a beauty, and she knows it, and she works at it, but she's not terribly interested in romance. She's very task-oriented and self-motivated, so she doesn't take much notice of what else is going on around her
History: Georgie is the only daughter of the Arkham Saltonstalls, a branch of the prestigious Saltonstall family that was (and remains) a major political force in New England politics. Her father is a Senator (his younger sister is Edwina and Sabrina's mother). Georgie has only recently started attending The Sorrows, under mysterious circumstances. Her family is not Catholic, after all.

Georgiana (feminine of George) means “farmer, gardener”. Saltonstall is “Farm in the Willows”.
