Backstory: He was conscripted and trained as a pilot in a huge war between (mainly human) inter-planetary groups (Titanoids vs Inter-Stellar Union or ISU). His small size and quick reflexes was a plus. Despite cloning efforts, human soldiers were becoming rare, so the Titanoids would try to salvage what they could and graft them on to android parts. Ikaros has little memory of those times. The Titanoids were defeated by the ISU and surviving mechanized soldiers were imprisoned as being too great a threat to the populace. There is also a huge prejudice against them because they were a terrible enemy and the Titanoids were known for their use of machines--even taking ISU citizens and soldiers and forcing them to fight for them and making them into cyborgs if necessary. The ISU secretly uses the remaining Titanoids to do hazardous Special Forces type work. Ikaros is currently working in this capacity, but although he finds the ISU slightly more humane than the Titanoids, he is still forced to fight and sometimes kill. Some groups in the ISU know about the remaining Titanoids and are trying to get them to be treated more fairly.
Personality: He has been treated like a machine most of his life, so his feelings are bottled up. He hasn't really had a chance to develop. But he knows he doesn't like destruction and death.
Family: Vague memories of a childhood, only. He doesn't know where he is from--if he was stolen from a family or was a clone made by the Titanoids.
Orientation: Unknown. He has had any sexual desires repressed by medications and implants in his brain. This is partly for his own well-being as that part of him is all cyborg.
Likes: Peace, everyday life (which he's never known)
