Personality: Anjali is a hard one to pin down. She seems perfectly nice and sweet, but she is very intelligent and can be extremely manipulative should the situation call for it. When there is something that she feels needs to happen, she will be ruthless about getting that to happen. She hides most of this behind a sweet face, though, because she does not want to come across that way. She wants people to trust her.
Backstory: Anjali comes from a post-apocalyptic world that's gone a little off the rails. She's the leader of a group known as the Non-Mods, people who do not believe that a requirement for advancement in a career should be a mechanical/robotic modification that is usually implanted into or replaces part of a person's body.

Personality: being 1/2 the goddess Inanna, Nin took on the properties of Inanna attributed to wisdom and war.
Back story: Inanna stole the ability to write from her father An, and on an impish whim, gave it to the humans who worshipped her. She was caught by her father who sentenced her to eternal imprisonment but split her into two so she could keep herself company. Literally, her "other half" is Ina. Nin, with her engineering and scientific abilities, created a rift between the realm of the gods and the realm earth resides in (and their old haunt/playground) and escaped imprisonment this way.

Back story: Being the other half of Inanna, she got the personality traits of a sex lust and fertility goddess. Often driving Nin crazy with her insatiable appetite. No longer a god, poor Ina has to rely on her womanly ways to seduce men, and finds men of today aren't so easily landed in bed!

Back story: Tsura lives the life of a gypsy. She often travels around with no destination in mind and does not stay in one place for too long. She loves being free and having adventures. She makes money but doing various types of performances but her favorites are to sing and dance.
Since she travels around a lot she has not had a steady relationship. She says she does not want to be tied down and be stuck in one place, but she has had lots of flings. This changed when she stopped at a small city and met a handsome and fun man named Ryder. It was love at first sight but Tsuras personality has her torn about what she should do. She still wants to move on and travel but now her heart cries at the thought of leaving Ryder behind.

Aka is half elf, half fae. She grew up in the far norht west of the Elf Kingdom of T'laan. Her tribe is well known for extreme magic manipulation and it is rumored they still communicate with the Dragons of the western mountains. Her people are small in stature but make up for it in powerful magic and strong personalities. They are rarely seen among the elves and even more rarely known among humans.
Aka herself is not well liked among her people since she is not a full fae and likes to live among the humans of the northern country of V'aar. She has made herself a place there as a magic consultant to a local commander. She hates when her size is mentioned and she is treated like a child.

Back story: Azar is from the Southern Water Tribe (in the Avatar: the Last Airbender world). Her mother was ill and died when Azar was 10. When she was 12 she snuck onto one of the boats in the fleet when her father, brother and the other men from her tribe left to fight in the war. By the time she was discovered on board, the fleet had already covered a great distance and decided not to take Azar back to the South Pole. Instead, and much to her anger, she was dropped off at a small Earth Kingdom town where her father made arrangements for a sailor to take her back home. Before the sailor was able to set sail Azar ran away. She traveled alone for weeks until she finally came to a Fire Nation colony. She was tired and hungry and gladly accepted an offer to stay with a family living in the colony. She spent 5 years living with the family and was taught by her adoptive father in the art of archery. Azar picked up archery easily and advanced quickly to the point where she became even better than her teacher. As she grew older, she grew restless in the small colony and decided to leave hoping that she might be reunited with her father and brother.

Back story: Grew up in London, and eventually moved to America with her mother and younger brothers to escape from her abusive father. She and her mother support their struggling family. Everyday she takes the train to grad school classes, and to where she works at the local museum. She is a history guide. In her free time, though she often tells her mother she is "just blogging", she has an inexplicable skill/ hobby for getting deep into computer data & hacking. Through this form of curiosity, she found revolutionary friends online and even offline. Her group of friends led her to eventually become a rebel hacker/ vigilante. One who would educate the public, and at the same time strive for peace, love, and hope with discretion of her identity. She uses her given nickname "Capt." due to her persistence and natural English accent. Ocassionally she will give comands that sound similar to a pirate captain, and will immerse herself into it. Besides all this, she seems to be just a normal girl.
