Except for the missing ear, yes. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Just emailed about missing ear today, don't know when or even if I will get a response. Renaissancefashion has terrible communication and customer service. * Would you order from this company again? When hell freezes over.
I found the ear. It had rolled under a table when I unpacked the doll, and I did not see it. So the doll arrived complete, but I still will not deal with this company again.
