Any additional info/backstory: Actually, he is just the RPG char of Jules, my human Obsidius. There are two versions I have planned for this "RPG", and I haven't decided which I'll stick with in the end. One version is set in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, which belongs to Games Workshop (with which I am not in any way affiliated etc...), thus being fanart - and then Julius the Heretic is a mutated follower of Tzeench, the Lord of Change (which again belongs to Games Workshop). The other version is set in an original world I have been creating for years now. There Julius is a dark elf that was turned into a beastlike form by a magical artefact (the wing pendant he is wearing), and an outcast of the elven society.

Any additional info/backstory: Jules is a clerk during day and a gamer and sometimes a „hacker“ (not the cool version, rather a grown-up script-kiddie) by night. Born in Paris to an Alsatian (with German ancestors) mother and an unknown father (his mother hinted a couple of times that his father was North African), moved to Germany in his late childhood, has a stepfather who adopted him, and a much younger stepbrother. Used to be a skater as a kid. An intelligent and neurotic creature with problems to live up to his own high moral standards, he tries to hide his „evil“ and chaotic impulses, pretending to be an order-loving and law-abiding person, a nice guy, and a harmless nerd. A hypocrite who lies to himself. Is not aware of his own good looks and has never had a romantic relationship except with Nele, who is now his best friend. Through the RPG he and his friends are playing he begins to get in touch with his own chaotic and creative side, and this has an effect on reality.

Val's insomniac, and he's suffering from PTSD. He used to be in the army. Some of the things he likes are coffee, the home TV shopping channel (muted...keeps him company on long nights, which is every night), reruns of old movies in TCM (his cable TV is probably his only luxury), and his vintage 1979 Toyota Corolla SR5. He's quiet (but not shy); he's carefully reserved. But he has a wicked sense of humor...when he loosens up once in a while, it shows.

Personality/backstory: Well-travelled, immature lazybutt. Grew up in Johannesburg with a single dad and two half-siblings (as in none of them share the same mother).
Got his name because of his father's (a former big game hunter) love for cats. Same with his siblings, Onca and Leo. Jaggs however prefers animals alive and in their natural habitat. One of the reasons he gets into fights with his dad a lot.
Moved out at 15 to prove he doesn't need his father's wealth to get along, following his sister's lead who did the same when she was 13 and went to live with her mom. Didn't go so well. Jaggs lives at the family's old summer house somewhere in NorCal these days, after leeching off some friends for a while, and makes money with all kinds of random jobs. Likes girls, partying and sleeping. Rinse repeat. Doesn't really know where he wants to go in life, is sort of good at everything, but never good enough to really make anything out of it.
