At the end of October 2011

* How was the communication?
Very nice and friendly, with www.edendoll.com which is dealer for Cocotribe.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easiest, via paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
Production time, very very fast. on the 14th of Dec the bunnies were in italian custom.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
yes!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Even better in person. love the resin, and the colours!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Very very much!

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
N/a

* Would you order from this company again?
I'm planning to, since their bunnies are really lovely.

If I knew the seller, I wouldn't esitate to.

Production time, very very fast. on the 1st of Oct the bunny was at home already

Even better in person. love the resin, and the colours!

I did this year, another bunny of course. resin quality is really nice and in the coloured skins there's no sign of discoloration/colour changes *__* lovely!

Pretty good! I received answers to any questions I had in a day or two.

* How easy was it to pay?
Well I never received an invoice so I had to send it instead but besides that it went over pretty well!

* How long did it take to ship?
After it was made it took 4 weeks? Not too bad.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It was fairly cheap and has amazing quality I was super amazed @o@

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes it did! I even got the same eyes as the company picture!

Extremely satisfied I'm glad I chose this company for my first anthro bjd c:

* How was the communication?
No really good for the first 6 months or so. I tried emailing them but never heard any sort of response. I finally messaged them on their facebook a month or two ago and got much faster response times. I was very persistent in messaging them because I was waiting for so long about 8 months in total. If you need anything message them through facebook.

* How easy was it to pay?
I paid through paypal and it was super easy. I got an order confirmation and all of it.

* How long did it take to ship?
After bugging them for 2 months on facebook for updates on my doll, I got her maybe a week or so after they said she was getting ready to ship.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yeah I think it was a great price point. The quality is awesome. She's solid, sturdy and adorable

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes it did, She's gorgeous. The Skin is a different hue and the eyes are different but I like them a lot, so It's no real big deal.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I'm totally excited and satisfied with this product. She was worth the 8 month wait.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I was unsatisfied after not hearing anything for 6 months but after contacting them via facebook everything was great.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes, despite the long wait.
