Fairyland Pukifee discussion part 10

Happy Halloween! Just caught up over 25 pages of Pukifee cutness!
Congrats to the new PKF owners, congrats on new PKF, clothes as well as even toys and Oh My a House. That is amazing! Want to get my girls a house but where would I put it.
We now have 3 seasons covered as HRH has come back and is now the Summer fairy and renamed Sunny!

So from Left to right we have Spice, Frost and Sunny.


Still need new faces on Sunny & Frost. We need wigs, wings and such to be fully done. Spice, the Autumn fairy is only one close to being done. Just need her wig and wings. As the progress updated pics will be shared.

 

Quick drive by spam! Today is a pretty busy day, but last night I FINALLY finished Wyx's costume and I want to share.

I do love all the halloween spam in here! there was a particular ghost costume in one of the pages before (sorry I didn't remember the name!!) and it made me smile, it was sooo cute! I've been soo busy that I've neglected Bambi slightly, but I'm going to take some photos of her soon! Also, I just got some ikea shelves and I hope to put them up, and make her a little roombox so she can live in it! Ohhh all these grand plans and no action yet hahaha.

OMG! I seriously HEART my sewing machine. Up until now I've been sewing all my doll clothes by hand because my sewing machine absolutely loathed me! And then I got it out to make some halloween costumes for humans, and I decided to make a costume for Cyn after all. So, this is the first pukifee clothing I ever made with the sewing machine. It turned out pretty awesome! And I got her whole costume done in a little over an hour. *happyyyyyy*

megda, I have a scary-bear costume like that... well, a little bit. It was made very well yet not as detailed as yours. There's no face on the cap, and no blood (thank goodness). It's pukipuki sized though. I believe the girl who I got my DZ tiny from made it.
I don't know what this bear is. I suppose it's an anime bear?? Someone said it eats kids.

 

Pan is not in costume, but she did think it was acceptable to try and steal half the contents of the trick-or-treat candy bowl xD

Hi everyone! long time no see. I decided to emerge from the shadows today to say how much I'm adoring everyone's babies!
So I finally got off my butt and gave the twins face-ups (5 months after they came home it's not like you can see them that well in this picture) and dressed them up for Halloween.


"hurry up and take my hand so we can get this over with" (Leighton wasn't too happy about dressing up with Lydia as Beauty and the Beast.)

currently recovering from the start of a really busy Halloween weekend.
(starting with getting 3 teeth fixed... I somehow lost 3 fillings less than 5 yrs old! grrr.
new dentist fixed me up in about an hour, but I'm always sick afterward.)
and then Yesterday the BIG annual party (took a gob of photos of HUMANS *GASP )

and today is the performance for the trick or treaters. so there's another few hundred photos to take...

Oh, I wish I was a talented seamstress! Those outfits are actually from the Disney Royal Nursery sets I found a few years ago. I'm not sure if you can still get them in a physical toy store, but you can buy them off of amazon or ebay

Yayy new thread! mmarusya11, seeing your girls remind me of how much I want the extra pukifee hands, especially the ones with clasped hands! I'm going to have to look out for that in the MP, but I think I'll need to get Bambi a sister/brother just to make full use of the hands haha! (feels a bit like I'm buying a car just to make use of a wheel, if you get what I mean)

mmarysya11 - what adorable little knitted sweaters. Did you make them? I've been trying to knit from some free patterns I've found but alas, I seem to be crappy at it.

I've really been enjoying seeing all the cuties, especially the ones in their fun Halloween costumes. A few days ago Serenity said she wasn't going to dress up, she was just going to stay home to give out candy. Well, once she started seeing all the kids around here having fun dressing up, she just had to get in on the action. Which, of course, meant that I had to come up with a Halloween costume for her out of what I had on hand!

The girls couldn't decide what to wear... So we dug through the dolly box- we have a bear, a witch, and Little Bo "Pup"

 

As promised, The Pumpkin Carving photostory! The girls and I finally got around to it! Not in time for halloween, but it's still October, so it counts... right???

Here is the final result, although getting to this point was not as easy as you'd think. Not with Cyn and Wyx anyways.

Yep, it's actually a cougar bone, foot bone I think. I'm making a prop for someone, long story lol but quite fortunate with the Halloween timing

 

musiclady, your trio looks great! When I was a kid (decades ago!) everyone's costumes were like that. Just bits and pieces of stuff we threw together as a disguise/costume. We had loads of fun without having to spend a fortune on the premade, commercial costumes available today.

Am I missing something? The last day of October IS Halloween. Loved your photostory!

LOL, yeah. A couple of minutes with a bit of fabric glue and scraps of felt. Hack and glue method. No measuring.

I LOVE Figs great costume, xhanthi. It's actually quite scary. I've always found that "live" eyes peeking out from behind a mask was kind of creepy.....like those horror movie painting where the eyes follow you around the room.

Serenity is just borrowing the boots from my daughter's Pukifee, Tessa. Tessa has 7 pairs, all different colours, so she really isn't missing them. My daughter bought them as a set from a seller on eBay.

 

Wonderful pictures everyone. I love Fig's costume and Zadie Lou is too cute for words in hers. I'm sorry I can't mention everybody.

I think Cupid has gotten on my wishlist. And I totally blame Wovenflame and Musiclady.


We don't celebrate Halloween either (although the shops are trying to get us to do it) but my gang has changed into some warmer clothes now it's autum.



Hummm . . . I'm afraid they are plotting some mischief here.

I wasn't really sure where it was heading until I sat down to take the pictures and Cyn kind of dictated the direction everything took. She's a commanding presence.
