About: She's a very old char of mine from story. Basically, she was an human being, which was made into demon, but it doesn't show usually X) She's usually kind, and likes to act like a kid, and there's much story behind her, which im not going to tell now.

R-01 Head on SD13 Boy Body

 

I have an RML R20J Elf head on a Volks SD10 suwaricco body. I had no idea the head was Limited or at all rare until I saw a couple of posts mentioning it, here on DoA this evening.

She was my first girl and my first elf. I saw a photo, on-line, of two dolls with the R20J head, a boy and a girl, and went from an initial liking of the girl's face (the thumbnail only showed her face) to falling in love with the ears. I believe she was wearing her largest ears in the photo.

It took me a while to figure out which body I needed to get for her, I was newish to the BJD scene and had even less of a clue than I do now of the sizes, resin-matches and compatibility issues involved, but I knew I wanted to find a little girl body because I'd seen enough to know that the little girl faces on overly-developed, big-boobed, more mature bodies creeped me out, big time.

She's my little Elfie girl, and I utterly adore her.

She's the most varable of the BJD's in my little family, with a different personality for each set of ears (Victorian/old-fashioned child with the human ears, Elf-maiden with the smaller elf ears and Mischievous pixie with the largest ear... but I have yet to finish getting together the outfits for the latter one), although some of them overlap at times.

I have a second R20J head!!!

So now I get my boy-girl twins. They're going for a repaint so they're more alike (although not identical, obviously) and will have matching eyes (not arrived yet). I couldn't resist putting him together last night, however, after his body (SD10, hers is Swarrico) arrived.

So here Elfie is joined by her, soon-to-be, twin brother, Bracken.

He's had the asymetric jawline and lower lip modded. She hasn't.

About:I bought this head forever ago and modded the crap out of it. It now has teeth, an even lower lip, a differently shaped upper lip and a smaller nose. Unfortunately, it also has airbubbles like I have never seen before.
