I love Nabarro's design, both heads and outfits.
She really is a good doll artist.

I didn't realize that Wally was available and now this new boy, Har! Has anyone tried Wally on a 60cm body? 70cm is too big for me.

I've got Wally - but still need to order a proper body for him.
Spiritdoll seems to be the best one by far, I tried the head on Dollzone and on Dragondoll and didn't like the proportions much.

 

Thanks, Reya! I was afraid that would be the case. The Spiritdoll body is pretty sweet but 70cm boys are too tall for me. Are your DZ and Dragondoll bodies 60cm?

 

So how much is it for the heads? They are really amazing. I've got plenty of 70cm bodies and I don't think my Spiritdoll Abies will want to lose his body, but he may have to. Is it possible to get a face-up as well?

Disco biscuit beat me to it. I had messaged Mushroom, who is Nabarro by the way and was sent pretty much the same thing except the Halloween part.

 

I love Har! How unusual is that gorgeous face? I want it but I bet I don't get the cash together in time.

 

Oh jeez... So tempting. I really want him.

But I'm a little worried since he's for the bigger bodies. I already feel like 60cm is a lot.

 

Hmm , I`m uncertin of 2 things : What skin color there actually is , and what body in would match ( if it could match a cheaper body -70cm bodys are super expensive anyway- I would get him , because he`s beyong gorgeus , so is wally , but sadly he`s sold out ) ?
Aaand , how do I order ?
I`ve looked at the flickr pics , and he`s awesome.

 

I believe there's only the one skin color, and if you check a page back you'll see a resin comparison between Har and some other bodies.

 

Uhhh, love him! I didn't understand how we can send order, any ideas?

For those interested in ordering just send in the money for the head plus shipping to Nabarro's paypal account with your shipping address and telephone number in the comments section. I would also send Mushroom, who's Nabarro a PM to confirm that your information was received.

I also ordered myself a head.

 

I think the heads are suitable only for big bodies of 70 cm or higher (as Spiritdoll, Luts or Loongsouldoll). A Supergem or a Ringdoll body may be a good solution. Dollstown 18-year boy body also seems rather attractive.
If someone who ordered Har or Wally has Iplehouse at home, it would be nice to look at the proportions.
I'm not sure whether Dikadoll or AnotherSpace can fit it alright - when my Dika-boy arrives I will find it out.

Some technical photos of Wally on Dragondoll and Dollzone for those who are interested:

The proportions of a Dragondoll uncle body (72cm) seem fine - but I personally prefer bigger hands as Wally has got rather distinctive features of the face, and small hands will look a bit odd. Moreover the diameter of the neck seems to be a bit bigger than the head, - it fits the head but not to the end, so you have to make improvements.

Wally on Dollzone b070 - 001 (I haven't got any undressed doll-photos of a DZ, but can make some later):

 

I broke down and ordered a Har head from Nabarro. So excited!

 

I just ordered Har and am so excited! I'm hoping that the head will work on a Dollshe DSAM32 body - I've got one and I love it. The (huge) neck has already been modified to accept a Soom head. Color match I have no idea. We'll see.

Btw, Nabarro/mushroom is so lovely!!!!

 

I ordered him too! Finding a body for him will be interesting XD I have several big guys here to compare with, let's see how it goes. I wish I could get a Spiritdoll body but the resin match is not good, so I'll look for something else.

I ordered Har. I have no darned clue what I will do for his body... but i will probably take ridiculous bobble-head pictures at some point like since a Fantasy Doll body is the only 1/3 sized body I have on hand... and his neck circumference is... severely lacking for Har.

 

Guys, for how long u waited for the answer from Mushroom? I need to know about the postage fee as I'm based not in US, worried head ll be sale out before I get the answer

She replied in twenty four hours for me, i asked about shipping too as i live in japan. There may be a time lag and she may not reply on weekends?

I looks from her comparison picture that it is a good match to Leeke and AoD. I particularly don't like the bodies from these companies though... I think Leeke is compatible with IH Rosy white?
I can't wait to have the head here and compare it with the resins that I have.

@Pidies - I asked for a faceup similar to one of the promo pics, (the one with the blonde wig.) It's for a character of mine, usually i do faceups myself but as soon as i saw that one it was so perfect for him I couldn't resist! =D

 

Mushroom pictures are nice! but the stitches remind me some horror movie about abandoned hospital I watched long time ago)
I paid for him yesterday and hope he ll be home soon. Shopping for wig and clothes for him right now... and need shoes!

I do not know much about bigger doll hybrids... I've always stayed in the low 65 xP
