Any additional info/backstory: When C'hei was still young, Regensei was merely a young nobleman who had a fondness of wandering to quiet places to be alone. One day, he made his way into a curious forest, and deep in this forest was a beautiful, pristine lake fed by a waterfall from above. By this lake was a young woman, blonde, black-eyed, and very fair, and a lively conversation was struck up until daybreak, when Regensei reluctantly took his leave of her - but returned the next night, and the next, and the next, on for many moons.
One day, the two of them went to the capital city of Ses'kiyan, where it was rumored a miracle was to occur that very night - and one did, as his lady love revealed herself to be none other than Lady Aislian, their benevolent goddess, as she created a cathedral where none had been before. Dumbstruck, Regensei found himself second-guessing their time together - until Aislian blushed shyly and took his hand in hers, and asked him if he would be hers.
How could he say no? His heart was already hers, and so they were wed.
