Artemis is a fun loving elf who has lived with me since summer 2009. She originally is from Texas and loves the outdoors, hiking, eco stuff, playing with Macchiato, her sister Carleigh and dislikes anyone who littlers. She doesn't attend a conventional school and instead attends one with a nature concentration.

She wears two Leeke wigs both in Sandy Brown...either long or short...and sparkly green eyes I found on Mint on Card. She loves dressing up and has a default faceup for now.

About: Rota is a sweet happy little five year old who has the misfortune of being blind, he began losing his vision when he was just a baby due to ongoing illness so he doesn't remember ever being able to see. He is currently being raised by his adoptive "mommy" as his own real parents abandoned him not having the money or patients to try and raise a sickly and blind child. A young man named Akira found the baby in a dumpster and took him home, he named the baby "Rota" which means "ring of fate" in the dead language Esperanto. Akira is an Identical twin to his brother Akari who is in a gay relationship with a boy named Gaku and since the three live together Akari became "uncle-Aka" and Gaku became "Ku-chan" and in spite of being a man Akira became Rota's "mommy" because Rota decided that since Akira did everything that the mommies in the bedtime stories do like cooking dinner and kissing boo-boos and telling stories and taking care of children then that made Akira, Rota's mommy right? well it seems Akira didn't have the heart to tell Rota the gender difference between mommies and daddies (either that or he just didn't care enough to correct the child) so Rota has grown up with a male "mommy". Another strange trait of Rota's is that he wears dresses and skirts, usually with lots of frills and lace, this is because he likes the "swooshy" way dresses feel and he likes having his legs free, also being blind he cant "see" what hes wearing so he goes for fabrics that have interesting textures like lace and tulle and satin, whats more being blind and raised in a household of all men he has never had the chance to learn about gender differences so he doesn't realize that what hes wearing is considered "girls" clothes and again his mommy has never bothered to try and teach him about this societal view. (then again his mommy is pretty strange himself and does it more out of a desire to see the child grow up happily and free) and the final strangeness in Rota's little family is his newest "uncle", a half-german young man named Konome who showed up at Rota's house one day demanding to see Rota and claiming to be his half-brother. As it turned out Konome was in fact actually Rota's older half-brother by their mother's previous marriage, Konome had just turned 19 and was seeking custody of his younger brother but Akira wasn't about to let his little one go and Rota made it very clear that he was not going to be separated from his mommy so Konome wound up moving into the spare office room in their house adding to their strange little family. a sweet little boy growing up in the strangest little mish-mash of a happy family you ever saw!
