Any additional info/backstory: Alex lost his mother when he was young. When he was 15 his father remarried and his little brother Jen was born. The two were never very close because of their age difference, until their father died when Jen was 6 years old. Then Jen's mother (and Alex's second) followed. Alex had been going to college at the time, but returned to the states after their mother's death, to be with Jen and their family. Being paticularily flaky about his schooling he had taken some Med, some Law and even some art until he finally decided to become a police officer like his father. He now supports his younger brother and is married to Julia (my Zaoll Luv)
