      I had an excellent first experience with Rosen Lied and so want to share that with DoA.

      * What did you order? Tuesday's Child Princess Princess B/W Outfit and Black Mary Jane Shoes
      * When did you order? August 30th, 2007
      * How was the communication? Excellent. I placed in a post to their Q/A about tracking (as it seemed omitted in their email of shipment confirmation) on Sept 1st and they replied the same day.
      * How easy was it to pay? Extremely easy. They accept all major credit cards. I use Firefox and it was accepted and confirmed quickly.
      * How long did it take to ship? They shipped 2 days from ordering. It arrived 4 days later. Quite fast!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Quite satisfied.

      Around 6 weeks for basic Beige, all other items faster.

      It sure is! I think RL is the Rolls Roys for outfits (-:

      I placed two orders with RL about two/three weeks apart, for several different outfits and some shoes.

      on 23 June and 9 July

      directly through RL's website
      * How was the communication?
      I didn't encounter any problems, so the only communication was their notification of my order. I don't remember if they sent me a shipping notification, but everything is easy to find on their website once you've created a (free) account.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Really easy, I used paypal
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Since I was ordering in-stock clothing items, only a day or so. I think it took about two days to arrive in the US, and an additional few to clear customs.

      Yes. Many times: YES

      Yes they did.

      I love them, the only thing is I think their dolls are too light. Maybe because I am used to Volks' weight.

      * How easy was it to pay? Paid by Paypal and it was a breeze~

      * How long did it take to ship? Around a month. They sent him out on Jul 7

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! He pose quite well and the faceup was awesome! Everything he came with was lovely, down to the box and certificate of authenticity!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, he is much lovelier than the company's photos showed but the wig and outfit were a tad lighter in color.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes very much so!

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? nil

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes. I'd prefer to buy directly from them but in case of limited/out of stocks items, I'd consider buying second hand.

      I left a message at the help desk to let them know I'd sent my payment, and got a prompt, friendly response. I also got an order confirmation and shipping notice via email.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Pretty easy via paypal. There's no checkout button on the order sheet, so I went to the site myself and sent payment with my order number in the title. Found their paypal address in the FAQ section, under 'payment methods.'

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I ordered in-stock items, so my package shipped in 2 days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. I'm really impressed with the quality of Rosen Lied's clothes and shoes.

      Yes. They're even better in person.

      I left a message at the help desk to let them know I'd sent my payment, and got a prompt, friendly response. I also got an order confirmation and shipping notice via email. Looking over shipping notice emails from this and last order, neither shipping notice gave me a tracking number.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy via paypal. There's no checkout button on the order sheet, so I went to paypal myself and sent payment with my order number in the title. Found their updated paypal address in the notice section, under 'Update new for January.'

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Same day as payment!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the shoes and eyes are of exquisite quality.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The shoes and paradise blue eyes were just as pictured, but the turquoise blue eyes had slightly more contrasting colors than I expected.

      Yes.
