Outstanding all the way. I forgot to add my skirt to the online shopping cart and they were kind enough to edit my order. I received shipping updates and everything. Constant communication.

Super easy. I ordered from their website, did the checkout and selected Paypal. I received a message the next day with two shipping choices and the Paypal address. Easy as could be.

Very fast! My order was shipped regular registered airmail and it arrived only a day after another company's EMS (which was 8 times the cost!).

Yes! Even more so. I have never seen such high-quality products.

I said I would buy from CoolCat again and I did! All feedback remains the same, except that I am even more impressed.

I bought a wig, 4 bodysuits, numerous sets of stockings, panties, skirts, swimsuit, wig caps and a DD neck piece.

Again, communication was excellent, shipping was quick and VERY inexpensive. Quality is BEYOND outstanding. The wig is the best one I have ever seen for a doll. I wish it would fit me!

Anyway, buy from CC. I will again and again. No one is better for these products, IMHO.

It was perfect. They answered my questions about the stock of some items, and then when I got back to them asking other thing, they replied promptly and kindly.

Since I bought from the site (http://www.sk-coolcat.com/) I had to wait for them to manually calculate the shipping fee and sending an invoice to me. It took them a couple days and I was worried (this was my first accesory purchase ever) so I sent them another email asking about the invoice. They got back swiftly that very same day, and made the payment via Paypal.

It is impressive! I have not seen this prices in other store, and the quality was amazing. They even gave me gifts that covered the full cost of the shipping. The shoes were amazing, a really nice quality and the details!

Yes. I bought a Milky Tea wig, and I must say that it looks more natural in person. For the rest it was like the pictures.

The prices are actually surprisingly low for the quality. The outfit is lovely and the shoes are very well made.

The fabric is stretchy and smooth to the touch, and the suit is a perfect fit, so I'd say it is.

* How was the communication?
Iffy. I placed my order and a confirmation was sent the next day. I then waited for the shipping invoice e-mail, which I never got. I sent an e-mail on 4/30 and received no response. I then sent a second e-mail to the secondary address on 5/2, and I received a response the same day.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy once I got the invoice. It was a manual payment through PayPal.

* How long did it take to ship?
I paid for my order on 5/2, it was shipped on 5/4.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The neck joint is a little pricey but was on sale. It's definitely a huge improvement over the default joint, so I think it's worth it. The rest of the stuff was cheap and definitely worth the cost.

Yes, exactly.

Yup! They also threw in an extra L size silicone wig cap and a headband, which is nice.
