Usagihime wigs?

I have two Usagihime wigs and I'm very impressed with the quality and colors. The wigs are very full - they have more strands of hair than any of my other wig brands. They are also stretchy and the 9-9.5 wigs fit 8-9 heads and also 9-10 heads. It does not feel loose on my Soom 8-9 heads.

I have four right now. These are 9-9.5 wigs modeled on Soom Amber, who is a 8-9 small head. These wigs also fit my DIM boy though, who's head is 9-10.


This wig is about 68cm long!! And it has a beautiful purple glow to it since the fibers are semi translucent.

These wigs look just fantastic, just as good as the site pics, which is great!
Can anyone confirm what Squishtaru said about the size, the 9/10 wigs fitting an 8/9 head pretty well? I'm a bit curious as to the specifics of the fit, such as how firmly they sit on the head.

The 9-9.5 wigs do fit snuggly on a 8-9 head, I don't need to use a wigcap or anything to help them stay on. They also stretch to fit 9-10 heads snuggly as well; the only thing I've noticed is the wig cap gets a tiiiiny bit stretched out after being on a 9-10 head for a while though (if you plan on switching the wig between a 8/9 and 9/10 head often). It doesn't really make much difference in fit, though, just something I've noticed.

It does amuse me endlessly that it is way too long for him, but I can't bring myself to cut it. ^^; Ah well.

They do tend to tangle rather easily, so it's best to be a bit more careful with them than usual.

its actually the color that appears on the screen, its a more crimson red (not wine) and not a flame red, which is prefect because i was looking for this color for a while

I've also had 3 wigs from usagihime ^^
my boy's head is 24cm, the 9-9.5inch wigs fits him fine without a wig cap...
it would be a bit hard to stretch the wigs with a head cap, but so far i haven't had any discoloring problem from Usagihime's wigs

 

No staining so far.
Flexible base, easy to fit.
Style, cut and colour are exactly the same as you can see on the official photos.

 

I've just bought a 6-7" blue one for my Tender Bee-A boy



The colours are a mixture of blue and green but it shows up rather solidly in photos

 

can the longer wigs easily be put into low ponytails that look cute?

 

I just got this Usagihime wig. It's a very beautiful colour, not too bright but not wine either. It's something in between.

It looks gorgeous, but in terms of quality, it's not the best I've had. It looks soft in the company photos but it's actually quite rough. It gets messy really easily, the roots were already tangled up when I got it. No amount of water or brushing will tame it completely, but if you're patient, you can make it look as good as in the company photos. The bangs are very easy to style but I find the longer hairs a bit harder to control.

The wig cap is great! Very flexible, one of the best I've ever come across. Even my Zaoll, who wears size 7-8 wigs, managed to look good in it.


I'm sorry, I don't have any pics of the whole wig, but you can see the colour here. This was taken with a flash, but it's still pretty close to the real colour (except it's not as shiny as in my photo, obviously).

E.Hadrian, yes, you can pull the longer wigs in a ponytail and they look pretty darn good ;D

so apparently the bigger wigs will fit a size smaller, but does anyone know about the smaller sizes? like, will a 6.5" fit a 5" head? all the usagihime wigs i ever seem to see are for SD ^_^;

I have one of UsagiHime wig from Hong Kong. I use 9-9.5 inch size of wig for my SD girl that has 8.5 inch size. The wig is fit on her head when I use SD size Luts celicone cap. I don't sure if without celicone cap, it will fit or not?

I like UsagiHime wig very much because it is very soft, silky, delicate and beautiful for my girl.





The UsagiHime owner shop were sick for several days, she has just come back for service.

From what I can see on the website it looks like it's a red-gold color. I'm looking for some cool wigs in a "natural" color for my redheads and this looks cool. I just wondered if anyone has seen it in person and can they tell me if it's just a golden blonder color or more of golden red color?

 

Really beautiful !! I like very long hair much too. I have this style but the color is natural black, it is so amazing that the hair reach exceed your and my doll's feet.

I tryed to take photos again in the sunshine morning, the photos are bright and clear than last time I post. My girl 'Cherry' is 58 cm. tall and that day she didn't wear shoes, but the "UsagiHime C-10 wig" was very long exceed her feet so much. I like her extra-long hair much, she look very lovely, very adorable and very kindness.
