Again, incredibly. I used PayPal and received confirmation the next day.
* How long did it take to ship?
He was shipped out on the thirteenth, so less than twenty-four hours. He arrived on Sept. 20 (today,) so considering the distance he traveled, he made /excellent/ time.

Oh yes! My boy is beautiful and exactly what I hoped for- very much worth what I paid.

How was the communication? Very prompt. There was a bit of a delay for a problem I encountered, but it was due to a week long break.

How easy was it to pay? Fairly easy considering I had a friend order while I paid them

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? For the doll, clothing, and wig, most definatly yes. Not so much for the shoes. One broke two days after arrival.

Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I even loved the shoes until they broke. That just wasn't right. But I think it was one of the last pairs, so I forgave them.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, her resin is very nice quality and her posing is very nice as well. I think the quality is above the price actually.
What condition did you receive the doll in? I picked up the doll from the Junkyspot table and took it out to the car to attach my Liz head and dress her. When I got the bubble wrap off I realized that there was dirt all across the back of the body. I took her back Emory said that he'd never seen that before and replaced it on the spot. At the time I was really glad that I had picked it up there and not had it shipped to me. I had never received a new doll with dirt on it like that before.
Were you satisfied with the product? The 60cm girl body is great, it suits Kohl perfectly.

How was the communication? Emory was great, he replied quickly, was very helpful and did his best to fix the situation. I must note that I asked him to ship to another address and it was shipped to the first one again.
How easy was it to pay? Very easy.
How long did it take to ship? The first doll shipped to my home instead of my office in a day (monday), and no one was there to sign. I had it redirected to my my office and received it on tuesday. Returned it, the second doll was shipped wednesday. I asked specifically that it be shipped to my office but on thursday it was again it was sent to my home and no one was there to sign. Luckily on friday when they tried to deliver someone was home.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, her resin is very nice quality and her posing is very nice as well.
Did the item look like the sales pictures? The first doll I received was a Jing, not Ani, so no. It's body and head were also two different colors and it had dirt on it's back and legs. I e-mailed Emory and he quickly responded. I sent the doll back to him and he sent me an Ani. I had ordered a blank doll but he didn't have any in stock so he sent me one with a face up at no extra charge. Ani also arrived with black smudges on her back and hips, which thankfully came off with the Magic Sponge. There was a smudge on her nose that the Magic Sponge wouldn't take off, but did come off when I wiped the face up.
Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, she's completely adorable.

Summary :: Because of having to exchange both dolls that I ordered from Junkyspot, I'll be buying from someone else in the future. Even for $7 shipping and the fact that they're 30 miles away so it's super quick, it's not worth my time to return a doll, exchange 16 e-mails, and try to get a replacement. I'd rather spend $30 shipping from Asia and get the right one. As far as the dirt goes that came on all three of the dolls I don't know which company was responsible for that, and it comes off easily so it's not a bad thing, just a bit odd. I have no 'bad blood' with Junkyspot though - my friends have ordered from them before with no problems at all, and the company has a well deserved good reputation. And as always - Emory is great

Pretty much yes, thou bjds look different depending on which way their faces point. The pic of the boots made them look smaller then in real life.

Yes! Meiji is so perfect and hansom (my favorite ^^; ), his wig suits him so well and the boots fit all my boys, they even look exactly like a pair I own!

Pretty easy. Just let Emory know I wanted to make another payment and he'd send me the paypal invoice.

Pretty much exactly one week, by UPS, from Cali to Texas.

Oh, definitely. More than, really. She's got some light scratches from where her seams were sanded, but there's guy locally who sands and he's going to help me get rid of them at the next meet! And, plus, that's not a Junkyspot thing, but a Dollzone thing.

Actually, -no-. She looks much better, and the faceup I received wasn't the one that was in the sales photos- but I like this one more!

yea totally! i had been looking at similiar eyes on two other sites that were charging 20$. the eyes i purchased were 7$ and they looked exactly the same.

the eyelashes were great too, and inexpensive like the putty.

yes actually, initially i thought the eyes looked a little cheap but then i realized how realistic they actually looked, they were also the same make of the DOD eyes i had recieved with my first doll.

Several obitsu 1/6s & parts, at sundry times; most recently, a SoulDoll Arhanian, and a passel of 1/6 obitsu bodies & a coupl'a heads.

Packed & shipped the same day as the order, with so many extra goodies stuffed inside, I still have candy sitting around! The Arhanian arrived 36 hours later, on Emory's (the JS owner's) birthday, therefore he's named Emory Cam, in his honor.

Super fast, super responsive, super obliging, super well packed, carefully, w/more foam peanuts than I ever want to see again.

Indeed. It is worth noting that the Xi-Aleister's limited outfit came with a cane, which broke in transit. Emory, once notified, took steps to correct the problem and when DZ sends over a new cane in their next shipment, it will be sent to me. The issue could have been blown off, honestly, I have seen it happen with other companies, but Emory just stepped up and did what it took to get the problem fixed and me happy! JunkySpot cares about its customers...really great company to buy from.

Don't get me wrong, I do understand it was an honest mistake and Emory is well known for making bad orders right... I just think an entire month with a big lack in communication is long enough to wait for a mistake to be fixed before giving negative feedback.

It was a dream. I had heard rumours about the excellent customer service, but I was surprised at how good it actually was. I e-mailed Emory with my ridiculous concerns, and he answered not even an hour later. It took us a few mails in the span of two hours to sort out the entire business ^^

How easy was it to pay?
The easiest transaction I have had on the internet to date.
Only problem was that I was an international customer, so I had to e-mail this info and get an added fee, which was also ridiculously easy to pay.

How long did it take to ship?
I am not exactly sure when my package was shipped, so I am not sure how long it took. But from buying him to receiving him it took me one and a half week.

It was superb! Of the very best! (not that I have much experience, but until now I have had nothing but joy)

There was a problem with my order, the Rain doll I'd ordered was the last one they had in stock, and the headcap was missing. I recieved a full refund through my Paypal account late that night, and an immediate email from Emory explaining the situation. He offered me a discount as an apology if there was any other doll on the site that I was interested in, then at my request brought back my entire order, with DIM Real instead of Rain, and sent me an invoice via Paypal. He was packed up right then for shipping the next day. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the doll I'd initally ordered, but I'm thrilled with the one I got, impressed with the service, and I love the little unexpected extras that came with. I'd definately go there first if they have what I'm looking for in the future.

How was the communication?
Bad. I saw there was a possible problem with my shipping address. So I emailed to Junkyspot. I sent an email stating the possible problem at the same day the check cleared. I got no email with my tracking number, and I got no reply back from the store owner until the package arrived. HOWEVER, my package did arrive earlier than expected. I panicked since there was no tracking and no reply through email. Basically communications seems very tough, but delivery is very promising, especially with the little extras. Don&#8217;t expect tracking numbers/email to come to you right away/on time. (although I could just be one of those rare cases) But you are surly to expect your package to arrive earlier than you would expect.

How easy was it to pay?
I paid with Paypal&#8230; make sure that there are no Holidays going on (like president&#8217;s day) or it will delay things a bit..


How long did it take to ship?
My Paypal cleared on the 21st and my package finally arrived at the 28th of February.
