Although I can't directly say anything about the actual ordering part as I was part of PrettyInPink's group order (I do know however at least one item was missing and that the box of goods arrived damaged) I will add my comments about the items I received.

Items ordered: 5 x pairs of Dollmore eyes 14mm.
Narsha 'Softly Softly' outfit

Item Quality: The eyes are lovely and fit the doll I purchased them for better that the eyes I received her with!! I would certainly recommend them as far as low price eyes are concerned! The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the fact that the random free pair of eyes you get when ordering five pairs were not the same size, they are at least 16mm but hey, they were free so really I have no cause to complain.

The Narsha outfit is lovely quality as far as I'm concerned, the woollen cardigan part is even lined in the body area. My only disappointment with it is that neither doll who's wearing parts of it can actually wear the entire outfit as it's meant to be worn as they are both too small.

Verdict: I'd order from them again.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, though some of the necklaces seem cheap/thin chains, but they were cheap in price as well.

* What did you order? A lot XD I recently ran a group order and have ordered a doll (Model Huey Lewis) and a outfit.

* How was the communication? Very good. Though I think I was overcharged for the group order, I figure they wanted to tack on shipping anyway. I don't know. But I was able to get them to combine two shopping cart lists I made for the order.
* How easy was it to pay? Paypal is easy. You will receive a Paypal bill from them.
* How long did it take to ship? The outfit alone took only a couple of days. The group order took a week and a half, which shocked me because it was a lot of items including a newly-released doll!!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I think so. My outfit has been roughly played with (forced a poor boy to wear the frilly dress) and it's held up quite well. The doll is gorgeous and is the most poseable I have!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yuh-huh ^_^ Though I didn't get a face-up with my doll because I don't really like the one in the picture.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very! Dollmore is a great company and they have a lot of doll items with high quality and great prices.

I told Dollmore about 4 days after I ordered I wanted the 60cm sized one and even though they just taken my package to the post office they called EMS and had my package brought back to them so they could give me the correct sized one. They also gave me store credit for the difference.

I ordered a dress for an MSD and a coat for an SD. Both were intended to be Christmas gifts.

* When did you order?
December 11, 2008.

* How was the communication?
They never responded to my emails, but usually responded to my posts on their message boards within a day.

* How easy was it to pay?
They double-billed me. I'd sent payment via PayPal within five minutes of placing my order (with the order number mentioned twice on the message sent with the payment), only to get an invoice for the same amount the next day. It took them a week to determine that yes, I actually had paid them, by which point the dress I'd ordered had gone out of stock.

* How long did it take to ship?
They promised me the dress would be back in stock within two weeks (after two weeks of no communication and after I threatened them with a PayPal dispute). Three weeks later, I actually filed the PayPal dispute. Dollmore informed me that the dress I'd ordered was still out of stock, at which point I noted that the dress was listed as in stock on their website and said as much. I got a shipping notice the next day. I received my items today, forty-four days after placing my order.

Yes.

They sent out the Items that were completely missed but would only send the right colored items if i was to pay shipping to send the incorrect ones back.. this happens with most orders I place with them.

Really good, i like their Q&A board, extra fast answers to my noobish questions.
I had to order twice since i wanted free shipping with the event, the whole reason i actually kicked myself in the butt to order at the last minute before procrastinating anymore about it.

I wanted to pay by CC but they sent me a paypal invoice, and since my total had shipping on it, asked them where to pay on their Q&A, they set up a personal arrangement, i put that order in my cart and tried to pay for that, only, the link would not work in firefox. So i had to dig up my Explorer to pay with my credit card.

It took 19 days from the day i paid.

There was none until I received an email from Dollmore, the subject said the order was shipping, the contents said my order had been canceled on January 8th. Not only did they ask me if I knew the person my order was delivered to in Hawaii, it took multiple people messaging them to fulfill my order again and have it shipped to the correct location. Emails were ignored. Only messages on the Q&A were answered. Replies to messages over a day old had to result in new posts on the board and it was a long, complicated, and very frustrating process.

* How easy was it to pay?
For me, I paid using paypal after they sent me the invoice - that was easy. They apparently did not see the payment, so I guess pretty difficult on their end.

* How long did it take to ship?
The first shipment was sent January 23rd. It ended up in Honolulu, I live in Oregon. This is a problem. The second shipment was sent (after much difficulty) on January 28th.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Decent, but not worth the stress.

I suppose. I didn't look at all the sales pictures enough to notice the gun that was ordered was a lighter, nor did the person who purchased it.

I guess. The bottoms of the MSD underpants I bought are starting to unravel.

They did ship my order twice. They also replaced a wig that went out of stock due to their own tardiness in noting my payment and shipping our small order with a similar one.

It varies. The yukata I bought is amazing, as are the glass eyes I bought and the freebie eyes they sent me. The other clothes are nice as well, but the Dollmore Acrylic eyes are incredibly cheap looking.

Yes, everything but the aforementioned eyes. The pupils are a bit clouded looking, not a sharp black like pictured in the photos. The irises are nice though.

Overall, yes.

It took a couple of days to fill the order and once they sent out the package I recieved it in a few days. It was held up over the weekend (because we know the mail hardly moves on the weekend), but it cleared customs so fast!

Absolutely! The doll stand is very sturdy and very nice looking and the dress is very high quality and fit my doll so well.

Paid through Paypal, so very easy.

I gave up. I did it all again 3 weeks later. I used PayPal this time. I didn't get a invoice. So I just sent the money with my order number and name in the message section.

The correct order did arrive and everything was present and accounted for, aside from a set of elastic that I'm pretty certain I just forgot to add to the order. I think the first package was just an accident and I'm going to see what Dollmore wants me to do with it. So all in all, this is good feedback on my part, but not so good feedback for whomever was expected their items a few days ago. ^^;

I was actually extremely disappointed with the larger of the two carrying bags I got. It was folded in the box (presumably to save space and thus shipping) but consequentially the bag has almost no rigidity. For the price, I would have expected something a little higher quality, but it wasn't overly expensive so I can't really moan. Everything else was wonderful though! Just that one item I was disappointed with.

The carrying bags didn't hardly at all. They looked really sturdy in the sales pictures, but they're actually really floppy and not very well padded or anything. When carrying my 70cm in the large bag I have to carry it by the handles in the middle and not the shoulder strap, or it just folds itself in half, which I'm worried will damage my doll. I don't think it'd be a problem if I had several dolls or a billion cushions in there, but with just the one it's irksome.

A little confusing. I wanted to pay via credit card, but the website didn't redirect to their payment page, I just got a blank page - but when I checked my email I'd received a confirmation email saying I'd placed my order. So I just sent them payment directly via paypal, including my order details with the payment, and that worked fine.

Very quick - shipped the day after I placed my order, and arrived on the 2nd of April (two days later).

The shipping was expensive ($26), although it was very quick. I'd have rather paid less and waited a little longer! The quality of the items seems reasonable - not brilliant, but nothing to complain about. It seems a little churlish to complain about a free gift, but the acrylic eyes they included are very cheap and plastic-y, and if I'd paid for them I would have been disappointed.

Well, I was prepared to pay top dollar for Judas. He is very good quality, however please read my reply to customer satisfaction.

Yes, he's just as gorgeous as he was in the pictures.

Well here's where I got really angry. THE DAY AFTER I ordered Judas, They DROPPED THE PRICES BY 100-200 bucks, WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER. The only thing they did was post an apology on their site and then offer some gifts for those caught in between. I ordered Judas for his original price which was a lot higher!! In my opinion, the gifts weren't equal to the price I paid extra. I don't know if they even would have sent me them, if I hadn't harassed them a LOT on their boards, voicing how upset I was.

It's really unfair to change the prices without warning. They should have at least given a couple days notice, instead of doing it first and then apologizing after. The reason they gave was the recession, and that it was so sudden that they didn't know before hand that the prices were going to drop. Really though, what company doesn't know what they're doing in their financial planning till the day it happens? NONE.

I love Judas, to be sure. I just thought it was very unprofessional of Dollmore.

Probably, but I'd be more wary. It is difficult to communicate with them because their English isn't very clear.

I'm still quite new to the hobby so compared to the other companies I've seen, yes. The prices are very reasonable. Especially the accessories.

Looked exactly like them.

Yep. Only complaint I can think of is that one of the skirts have a slightly bigger waist, so its a bit loose on my doll. I only know that because I ordered another one in a similar style.

None needed. Its doesn't bother me enough to write to them.

Absolutely. I'm already building up a new shopping list! Plus, their gift with purchases are endearing.

I think so, the doll's face up is wonderful and she arrived in good condition to me

Yes it did, right down to the face up, it had the same eyes, same wig etc...

Yes! There was only one thing I wasn't happy about and it was how they strung the doll she was VERY tight, her limbs snap etc but thats nothing a good restringing didn't fix
