Hey, well i noticed dollmore didn't have a feedback threat yet. And after my last grouporder...i think they need one. Because it made me wonder if more people have had these sort of troubles with them. My feedback: Grouporder feedback: First grouporder: All went well, i heard someone got the wrong shoes. But i don't think the person had a big problem with it. Second grouporder: I only had some eyes in this one, i had like 2 pairs of special dollmore eyes ~single. But i got them all double (so complete eye sets) Third grouporder: Well here is when it got bad. It was a big group order and the website had been acting strange, so the grouporder leader mailed dollmore the order. They ended up: -Forgetting 2 outfits -sending me a wrong cheaper hoodie I told the group order leader i wasn't accepting the cheaper hoodie, she agreed with me. After some mailing dollmore asked if we could send the wrong one back and they would send the right one and the missing outfits. ~In the end it all turned out alright, but it feels to me like the service is getting bad :/ Feedback on quality/items: -clothing, really nice, But the underwear.... some of the ruffles started to..come apart...as soon as i putted them on my doll. -Shoes, well most of the shoes they sell you can buy cheaper at ebay. But they are still very nice. -Eyes, i love the dollmore special line eyes, i own buckets of them. The normal dollmore eyes are as well. My Petsha wears them and they just sparkle on photo's
Although I can't directly say anything about the actual ordering part as I was part of PrettyInPink's group order (I do know however at least one item was missing and that the box of goods arrived damaged) I will add my comments about the items I received. Items ordered: 5 x pairs of Dollmore eyes 14mm. Narsha 'Softly Softly' outfit Item Quality: The eyes are lovely and fit the doll I purchased them for better that the eyes I received her with!! I would certainly recommend them as far as low price eyes are concerned! The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the fact that the random free pair of eyes you get when ordering five pairs were not the same size, they are at least 16mm but hey, they were free so really I have no cause to complain. The Narsha outfit is lovely quality as far as I'm concerned, the woollen cardigan part is even lined in the body area. My only disappointment with it is that neither doll who's wearing parts of it can actually wear the entire outfit as it's meant to be worn as they are both too small. Verdict: I'd order from them again.

Dollmore to me after 3 years of buying from them: great company nice clothes for small prices. Tho here me and my bjd friends do have this little thing we call..dollmore quality. So do not expect to much duration..in some cases. [It's kinda like H&M great stuff, but in some cases it won't last for ever] They have a habit of sending you 1 or 2 item wrong..or forgetting to send you 1 or 2 little thing. But they will send it..directly..or with your next order. Besides that..they do have a bit of a translation problem here and there. But i haven't had any big trouble because of that so far. There resin quality is good, and i love them for being dealer for Zaoll,Narsha and Banji's. [Because i had problems with dollfair.. and when they took over Narin i was afraid they might steal Gu Mi Jung's dolls too.. ] Order feedback: * What did you order? It took them a week to determine that yes, I actually had paid them, by which point the dress I'd ordered had gone out of stock. * How long did it take to ship? They promised me the dress would be back in stock within two weeks (after two weeks of no communication and after I threatened them with a PayPal dispute). Three weeks later, I actually filed the PayPal dispute. Dollmore informed me that the dress I'd ordered was still out of stock, at which point I noted that the dress was listed as in stock on their website and said as much. There was none until I received an email from Dollmore, the subject said the order was shipping, the contents said my order had been canceled on January 8th. Not only did they ask me if I knew the person my order was delivered to in Hawaii, it took multiple people messaging them to fulfill my order again and have it shipped to the correct location. Emails were ignored. Only messages on the Q&A were answered. Replies to messages over a day old had to result in new posts on the board and it was a long, complicated, and very frustrating process. * How easy was it to pay? For me, I paid using paypal after they sent me the invoice - that was easy. They apparently did not see the payment, so I guess pretty difficult on their end. * How long did it take to ship? I emailed several times after I received my order and I did not recieve a reply. How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I used their credit card system. How long did it take to ship? I don't remember exactly, but it wasn't long, maybe a week or two. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, especially the shoes. Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, except for the kitty ears; their white resin was pure white and the blushing was pearlescent which did not show in the website pictures. Were you satisfied with the product? I was not satsified with the kitty ears because the blushing did not look natural and the ears did not come with the attachable magnets like they were suppose to. If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They didn't. I emailed several times about getting magnets for the kitty ears, but did not recieve any respone. One of the items was out of stock, that's why it took so long, but they failed to inform me about the delay. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Ok. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with is the shipping. It shouldn't take so long, or at least they should let me know if there is any kind of delay due to lack of supply. Well, I was prepared to pay top dollar for Judas. He is very good quality, however please read my reply to customer satisfaction. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Well here's where I got really angry. THE DAY AFTER I ordered Judas, They DROPPED THE PRICES BY 100-200 bucks, WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER. The only thing they did was post an apology on their site and then offer some gifts for those caught in between. I ordered Judas for his original price which was a lot higher!! In my opinion, the gifts weren't equal to the price I paid extra. I don't know if they even would have sent me them, if I hadn't harassed them a LOT on their boards, voicing how upset I was. It's really unfair to change the prices without warning. They should have at least given a couple days notice, instead of doing it first and then apologizing after. The reason they gave was the recession, and that it was so sudden that they didn't know before hand that the prices were going to drop. Really though, what company doesn't know what they're doing in their financial planning till the day it happens? NONE. I love Judas, to be sure. I just thought it was very unprofessional of Dollmore. * Would you order from this company again? Probably, but I'd be more wary. It is difficult to communicate with them because their English isn't very clear. * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes, In a group order, if I didn't have to deal with the service in case anything went wrong.

About 3 weeks after I placed the order. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I'm still quite new to the hobby so compared to the other companies I've seen, yes. The prices are very reasonable. Especially the accessories. Did the item look like the sales pictures? Looked exactly like them. Were you satisfied with the product? Yep. Only complaint I can think of is that one of the skirts have a slightly bigger waist, so its a bit loose on my doll. I only know that because I ordered another one in a similar style.
